This apartment was amazing!

We loved our stay in Corniglia and at this apartment! The views were amazing, the apartment was spacious and well equipped and communication with the host was timely and straightforward. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend to others.

Traditional old town quaint apt

Corniglia is everything we expected. Valentina’s home was precious! Beds and bedding, sofas, kitchen, all good! Terrace wonderful although we had rain. We had a medical issue and she promptly had a kind neighbor check in with us and he saw us safely leave. I could stay there in summer for a month!

Wonderful experience

This property was perfect for a weekend of relaxation in the middle of our busy 2 week vacation. Corniglia is very low key compared to the other towns. The view alone was worth the stay! As others have said plan accordingly with the shuttle and just know you have to walk uphill a short distance through town and then up 2 stairways before getting to the apartment but doable with carryon size bags. Valentina was super responsive and we had our check in information the night before our arrival and we were able to drop our luggage before check in time and continued to explore. Fully stocked with anything you may need including a washing machine which was a huge bonus since we were mid trip. Highly recommend!

The best little hidden gem!

We loved staying here, and wish we had a few more days! The apartment had everything we needed and more, down to laundry soap and tea bags. We had the best lasagne at nearby Bar Nunzio. Would highly recommend!

Incredible Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the rooftop patio was all that we had hoped for. The showers were quite small and the hot water runs out quickly. Arrival communications with the owner was very last minute and had to be initiated by me, but they were kind and sent very good directions to get to the apartment. We loved that the apartment was in town with all restaurants and stores close by. Corniglia is a charming town That is well worth the visit.

Incredible views...

As instructed, we went to the local cafe and met Gabrielle, who checked us into the property. He immediately offered to assist us with our luggage, which was extremely heavy. We were very appreciative of his help! Apartment was very clean and well stocked.

Our favorite place to stay in Italy!

This apartment has a beautiful view, is very clean, and is in such a fun part of Cinque Terre! Make sure to read the host’s check in instructions carefully. She lets you know exactly where you need to go! In the mornings, we would walk to the markets in the morning to grab coffee and breakfast ingredients, eat on the beautiful balcony, and then be ready for a day of hiking and eating wonderful food! We are already counting down the days to our next trip to Corniglia, and we will make sure to stay here again! Beautiful memories were made.

Rental in the heart of Corniglia

We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again.

Unforgettable View

We wish we could have stayed longer - the views from the roof-top patio and from the main bedrooms are breathtaking. The property was clean and had everything we needed - including a clothesline - which was essential because we all had laundry to do halfway through our trip. We loved staying in Corniglia which was quieter and far less touristy that the other towns of Cinque Terre. We did have to be proactive in contacting the owner because we still hadn’t received check-in instructions the day before our trip from Rome to Cinque Terre, but it all worked out. We would definitely stay in this property again - we could have spent ten days just sitting on the roof taking in the view!

Stunning views from the terrace! Check in is easy once you get all the passports and information entered. I was glad I was at home when I had to do this, I would have had some trouble performing that on my cell phone (I would have had my children help me). The directions to the apartment are very good and easy to find. The La Scuna Wine Bar is past the main square and very obvious landmark. The apartment is well stocked both in kitchen and bathroom. All of Cinque Terre is very crowded with tourists. Corniglia gets busy with day tourists, so early morning and evening are best when locals may outnumber tourists. We enjoyed many nice meals and always had our afternoon snacks of tomatoes with basil, bread, cheese and wine on the rooftop. We had 5 people and found it comfortable. I think it would be crowded with 8 people. AC works well, washing machine was very nice to have as this was the middle part of our trip. Dry clothes on the rooftop. The "beach" was a favorite of my kids (no sand), with a long walk up and down to get your footsteps for the day :)Our best meals were at the Terra Rosa wine bar and Cecio restaurant, both of which are on the main road (with cars) just north (downhill) of the shuttle stop.We had the absolute best homemade pesto from A Butiega the small grocery on the main walking street in town. She makes it herself and it is without cheese - which my kids loved. I am sure you will love this beautiful apartment.

Great rooftop patio!

Great rooftop patio-- magnificent view! Rooms small-- no place four adults could sit together inside comfortably. Can't imagine how 8 people would work! Very clean. At other Vrbo's on this trip our hosts met us at the lodgings, and they gave us their WhatsApp contact info so we could reach out to them with questions or for recommendations. Would have like that kind of contact in Corniglia. Appreciate that there was a first aid kit on site-- we didn't need it, but nice to know it was there. Great location-- but if you can't do steps/hills, don't go to Cinquaterra! Warning-- if you plan to take the shuttle down the hill, have cash. Unlike every other place we'd been in the previous 8 days, we couldn't use a credit card.

Een van de mooiste plekken van cinque terre. Dorpje is erg leuk voor een paar dagen, niet zo toeristisch als de andere. Komt ook door de hoge ligging.

Nous étions 2 couples (la soixantaine) et avons séjourné 4 nuits hors saison. Les places de parking publics, le long de la route à l'entrée du village, sont gratuites jusque fin mars, sinon cela coûte 20 /jour.Cet appartement est très propre, la vue depuis la terrasse est belle, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle, même des provisions, la connexion WiFi est de bonne qualité, MAIS il n'y pas de cafetière, les douches sont très petites, pas de "vrai" espace repas à l'intérieur (juste une table pliante), les marches pour accéder à la terrasse sur le toit sont très abruptes, il y a eu des infiltrations au plafond d'une des salles d'eau pendant notre séjour, ainsi qu'un souci avec la plaque induction (seuls 1 poêle 1 petite casserole 1 petit faitout fonctionnaient).Par ailleurs, la procédure d'enregistrement en ligne est complexe : il faut obligatoirement utiliser un téléphone (cela ne fonctionnait pas avec un ordinateur), il faut photographier les cartes d'identité et passeports avec ce téléphone (impossible d'utiliser des documents téléchargés au format PDF) et il faut impérativement faire des selfies de chaque personne avec ce téléphone (or nous étions 2 couples distants de plusieurs centaines de kms ...). La communication avec Valentina n'a pas été aisée : l'avant-veille de notre arrivée elle n'avait toujours pas pris contact avec moi, ses messages n'arrivaient pas sur mon adresse mail et je n'ai eu le code de la boite à clefs que le matin de notre arrivée, par WhatsApp.

Perfect location

Had a great time at the property. Outdoor terrace is wonderful. There are lots of steps to access Corniglia but is definitely worth the exercise.

Lovely apartment with amazing sea views!

Wonderful place! Perfect location, lovely apartment and amazing views of the sea from the rooftop patio. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils needed to make meals. Washing machine and clothes line on the roof was a nice convenience and we loved having large sitting rooms with each bedroom. Apartment is close to several great restaurants, shops and a couple of small grocers. We travelled all five Cinque Terre towns and believe Corniglia is the best place to stay as it is not nearly as crowded as the other cities. Check in was a bit rough as we hadn’t received check-in instructions until well after our check-in time, but we all thought the apartment was perfect and would highly recommend it!!

Incredible view, clean accommodations

This is a great home in a great Cinque Terre village (Corniglia is the least busy of the Cinque Terre towns). I don't think we've ever been to a cleaner VRBO. It was clear that the owners take cleanliness very seriously. The apartment is small but efficient. We had enough room to enjoy our separate spaces (it was 5 of us) and the rooftop terrace was a perfect way to close out our long awesome days. Sitting up there at sunset was perfect. I highly recommend this property and would look forward to an opportunity to stay there again.

Beautiful views on a quiet side street

We loved the views and the rooftop patio of this unique property, which is on a side street and very quiet despite the crowds in town. The house is well stocked, however I feel there should be a note on the listing that there is no oven - only a stove and a microwave. Also, the check in process is clunky - being required to upload all travel docs while traveling is cumbersome, and the description of how to find the house and deal with parking was not quite clear enough. Overall, this was a great property for our group and is in a BEAUTIFUL setting - the views from the veranda and the bedrooms simply cannot be beat. Very small on living areas especially if those are being used for sleeping.

The View!!!

This apartment is wonderful! Spacious, thoughtfully set up, clean, and the views from every window are beautiful! The terrace is beyond! Huge view of the sea and Manarola with no obstructions. Absolute perfection! Thank you for providing such a nice place for us to stay.

Amazing views from rooftop terrace in a quaint Italian village. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was lots of stairs! You need to make trip to Cinque Terre when you are young!
