Welcome to Villa Lavandula!

Located in the heart of a small village of a surface of barely 6,39km2 and counting less than 700 inhabitants, Sainte-Valière is a French commune calm and peaceful. It is located in the department of Aude and in the district of Narbonne.
The town is mainly covered with vineyards as far as the eye can see. Ideal for many walks or cycling.

Check in was extremely easy. Communication with our host was excellent. We had a couple of minor issues which were sorted immediately. Wifi was fast and everything we needed was there for us to use. The garden was completely fenced in and we could quite happily leave our dog to roam whilst we used the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful villa in a small town

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Lavandula very much. The pictures give a very accurate description of the setting. The villa is located at the end of a small quiet street in Sainte Valiere. With the pool and the nice terrace in the shade of two trees, everything is perfect for relaxing and you can easily spend the whole day here. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The parents could use the pool chairs and have an unblocked view over the fields next to the villa. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, only the beds were too soft for my liking. The contact to Jonathan was exemplary, both in the preparation of the journey and for any question we had while being there, thank you a lot!

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre et super bien équipée.Toutes les consignes sont super claires poury vivre dans le respect.Jonathan est très à l'écoute et répond à toutes les questions.Il est très disponible.La maison peut accueillir un chien mais la présence de cailloux partout ont un peu fait souffrir notre loulou te.

Evaluation tardive, désolé.Agréable gite idéalement placé au fond d'une impasse pour qui aime le calme.Bon contact avec le propriétaire même si ce n'est qu'à distance. Equipement complet, rien ne manque. Piscine sans vis-à-vis très agréable même si un peu fraîche après les orages (mais le propriétaires n'y pour rien). Bonne situation pour pouvoir explorer la région, que ce soit vers la mer ou vers l'intérieur du pays.....bonne expérience. Je recommande

Super séjour. Location très bien équipée. Entièrement clôturer et situer dans une impasse donc si vous chercher le calme elle est parfaite. Beaucoup de chose à visiter dans la region. Pouvoir profiter de la piscine après les visites cest juste parfait.

Fantastische vakantiewoning

Genoten van ons verblijf in de villa. Alles wat je nodig hebt, en meer, is aanwezig. De gastheer, Jonathan, is super en steeds bereikbaar. Genoten van het zwembad gezien de zeer hoge temperaturen tijdens ons verblijf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Diese Bewertung wird einfach, ohne lange zu überlegen.100% wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden was für eine perfekte Urlaub benötigt wird: traumhaftes haus (sehr gut eingerichtet), schönes Terrasse mit grill. Und um alles noch perfektes zu machen: der pool, ideal für die heiße tage. Nichts wurde der Zufall überlassen. Dazu noch zu erwähnen die Lage, nah an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken) der Region. Ich kann nur eins sagen zum Schluss: Merci, es war ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder. definitiv.

Tolle Zeit in Sainte Valiere

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder hat es uns super gefallen. Das Haus wurde seit dem letzten Jahr noch verbessert, jetzt mit superschnellem Internet, neuen und größeren Sonnenschirmen, neuem Schuhregal. Dank Klimaanlage im Haus und der tollen schattigen Terrasse und natürlich dank des tollen Pools war die Hitze super auszuhalten. Vielen Dank, gerne kommen wir wieder!

Piscine agréable mais manque d’entretien c’est dommage..le lave vaisselle ne lave pas, les dalles de la terrasse sont toutes soulevées. Procédure d’accueil : il n’y a personne les clés sont dans boiter, un prestataire qui fait le ménage, mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée les draps étaient sales, le propriétaire a fait revenir le prestataire mais nous avons dû les retirer et remettre nous mêmes les propres alors que ce service est inclu c’est décevant. Perte de temps et d’énergie, nous qui pensions ne pas avoir à le faire c’est contrariant. sales ils n’avaient pas été changés

Bonjour Stéphanie, Je regrette que vos vacances ne se soient pas déroulées comme vous le souhaitiez. J’accorde une grande importance à proposer des séjours de qualité. Il est dommage d’apprendre que malgré tous mes efforts pour répondre à vos multiples demandes, cela n’a malheureusement pas suffit. - La piscine est bien nettoyée et entretenue tout l’été avec régularité. Des passages supplémentaires sont possibles en cas de besoin - Pour le lave-vaisselle, nous recommandons d’utiliser des produits adaptés et de qualité, de ne pas le surcharger et d’éviter le mode éco pour un nettoyage plus efficace - Pour la terrasse, les pierres ont formé quelques irrégularités avec le temps. Cela ne pose pas de gros problèmes de mobilité et d’un point de vue esthétique ce n’est pas dérangeant - L'arrivée avec un boitier à code garantit une entrée autonome qui respecte votre intimité et votre planning Soyez assurés qu'en tenant compte de chaque retour de vacanciers ma volonté est d’améliorer mes services années après années afin de proposer la meilleure expérience de vacances. Ne prenez que votre valise, la maison est super équipée... La maison de plein pied est un plus et c'est très agréable...la disposition des pièces est idéale. Le fait que tout est clôturé est un plus pour la sécurité des enfants et animaux.....même si la maison est située en fin de clos sans passage de voiture... il y fait très calme avec en plus une belle prairie derrière la maison. Vous voulez le calme, une maison super équipée, une belle piscine.....vous l'avez trouvée :

Belle villa superequipée! On y était pratiquement comme à la maison ! Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de boulangerie dans le village.. Sinon tout était parfait!

Zeer aangenaam en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. Werkende airco ! Zeer leuk privé zwembad met parasols en ligbedden (inclusief kussens). Voor rustzoekers een totale aanrader. Lig op het einde van een doodlopende straat in een alreeds zeer rustig dorpje. Desalniettemin is er meer dan genoeg te zien en te doen op kortere autoritten. Over het contact met de eigenaar kan ik kort zijn ; zeer,zeer goed ! Vriendelijk, professioneel, nauwgezet en makkelijk te contacteren. We komen hier zeker nog terug.

Toller Urlaub

Gemütliches Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Sainte Valiere. Highlights sind die tolle schattige Terrasse und der Pool! Komplett umzäunt und daher auch für Hunde sehr geeignet. Guter Ausgangsort für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe (Narbonne, Abbaye de Frontfroide, Minerve, Mittelmeer, Reserve Africain in Seguan, Canal du Midi...). Die Fenster aller Schlafzimmer verfügen über Insektenschutzgitter sowie über Klimaanlagen (ebenso das Wohnzimmer). Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Jonathan. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une belle maison avec piscine au calme

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. La piscine parfaite surtout avec des enfants, et la terrasse très reposante. La localisation bien que un peu loin des axes principaux ne nous a pas empêché de nous promener dans Minerve ou encore le long du canal du Midi. En bref 5* méritées, pour des vacances très appréciées des petits comme des grands.

Super vacances !

Vacances entre amis, visites entre Carcassonne et Narbonne, on a pu profiter de la mer et des bords du canal du midi, Minerve magnifique village a ne pas manquer. La piscine est très appréciable, la terrasse sous les arbres est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables la maison est bien mieux qu'en photo.

Highly Recommended

Situated in a small quiet village, 2 minutes from main roads, 10 minutes from large shops and half an hour from the centre of Narbone. A couple of minutes takes you into Ginestas nearby which has some nice restaurants/bars. The villa itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking fields out the back so we didn't have to worry too much about the kids making that much noise playing in the pool. We did meet the neighbour, lovely woman. It has good parking with space in the driveway or to the side. Inside was very clean and in good condition throughout and contained everything we needed. It has a great outdoor area with a sheltered seating area under some trees and BBQ which was nice for socialising or just getting out of the sun for a bit. The pool was great for the kids, about 5ft at its deepest and again like everything else, well kept. Jonathan, the owner, is very easy to deal with, accomodating, sent through a lot of information beforehand and was more than happy to help with any questions we had and made sure that everything was as hassle free as possible We would stay here again.

Zum wohl fühlen

Das Highlight des Urlaubs war die tolle Terrasse mit ganz viel natürlichen Schatten. Von dort aus hatte man Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und an der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohlfühl Urlaub

Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet, sehr schöner Pool der einmal wöchentlich gereinigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und bei Fragen kam umgehend eine Antwort. Insgesamt 5 Sterne für das Haus und den Vermieter. Wir haben unteranderem sehr viele schöne Städte in der Region besucht (selbst Perpignan ist in einer Stunde erreichbar). Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Jonathan.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit sehr kompletter Ausstattung! Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Infos die Jonathan über Restaurants, Ausflugsziel usw zur Verfügung stellt sind aktuell. Für Ruhesuchende das ideale Ziel!

Idéal pour vacances en famille

Maison très bien équipée, au calme et parfaite pour les enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la climatisation pendant les fortes chaleurs. Elle est certes un peu loin de la mer pour y aller tous les jours pour les adeptes mais il y a finalement toutes les activités possibles (plage, rivière, mer, campagne, montagne...) à moins de 45 min de route ce qui est pratique quand on a des ados ou les jours de vent. Il y a également beaucoup de sites à visiter et des restaurants ou caves aux alentours. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette location de vacances
