コテージは完全にそして快適にそれぞれ2つの2人用寝室、それぞれキングとクイーンベッド、静かなスプリットレベルのエアコンとワードローブを備えています。 洗面台、シャワー、バスルーム家具付きのバスルーム。
リビングルームには、ダイニングエリア、ダブルベッドに変換可能なベッド付きのシッティングエリア、そして調理台付きの設備の整ったオープンキッチンがあります。 天井扇風機と強力なスプリットレベルのエアコンが冷房を確実にします。

Perfect Property in Ideal Location

Ever had a stay somewhere where it was SO good, you don't know where to start the review? This is the challenge I have. So, I'll start with the owners.Cees and Ankie are the most gracious hosts you will find. We arrived later than planned due to a late flight. We grabbed some groceries (which they offered to pick up for us if we wanted). Ankie was there to meet us, walk us through the property and answer any questions we had. She even cooked the frozen pizzas we bought as I had forgot the property didn’t have an oven. The property itself is a perfect size for a family of 4. It comes with everything you'd need: silverware, dishes, pots, pans, glassware, towels, beach towels, etc. They have WiFi in the property which has plenty of bandwidth to handle multiple devices and a TV that has a decent amount of channels. There are AC units in each of the rooms which cool it down quickly and nicely. If you're looking to experience the REAL Aruba, you can't beat this location. It's in a quiet neighborhood and only a short 4-minute walk to Roger's Beach or a 3-minute drive to Baby Beach (you can walk this too). You WILL need a car at this property.Bottom line: If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, perfectly located place with very responsive and kind owners...look no further. If I ever make it back to One Happy Island, I will be staying here again.

Cees and Ankie were very easy to communicate with for making arrangements prior to our visit. Cute little home with very easy access to the beaches. Supplied us with beach necessities and snorkeling equipment. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

My family of 4, 2 kids under 4, stayed here a week. We loved our time here. The property was perfect for our needs. It is well away from the crowded tourist areas. It is very close to Rodgers beach which was all but deserted while we were there, perfect for the kids. We even found that the prices on this end of the island were cheaper than up around the tourist areas. Cees and Ankie were great hosts and always ready if we needed something. We even met the wild donkeys that roam the neighborhood! Could not recommend this spot more!

We were embraced by the local people, their way of life and the year-round fantastic climate.
We feel privileged to live here and enjoy everyday.
The Aruban population consists of not less than 105 different nationalities, living peacefully next to each other, without gated communities, poor and rich join together naturally.
The lack of organized crime and the warmth of the people makes this island close to paradise.
Because of that and the abundance of beautiful beaches makes Aruba a number one vacation destination.
We feel very welcome and a fantastic infrastructure, including a state of the art International Airport, makes it an ideal hub for business with daily non-stop connections with The America's, The Caribbean and Europe!

We are living at a hundred meters from the Cottage we offer for vacationers.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Sero Colorado, locally better known as The Colony was developed in 1927 and served as a compound for the refinery operated by Exxon. The colony was fully self sufficient with a hospital, an International School, supermarkets, marina, bars and restaurants.
Nowadays the refinery is not in operation, however the American/Venezuelan Company Citco recently obtained a lease to start the exploitation again. It is expected that the plant will be operational at a low capacity within two years from now.
Presently most of the bungalows and villa's are privately owned and more and more construction is going on to revitalize the neighborhood.
The beaches are great. The famous Baby Beach is located at a shallow protected bay with plenty of fish to make snorkling a great experience. For real beach life Big Mama's bar and restaurant is open at day-time.
Rodgers' Beach offers a great swim and relaxation. The stationary palapa's and trees offer shade to protect you from the always shining sun.
Between those two beaches you'll find Jad's, one of the best diving schools of the island. Furthermore bar and snackbar Rum Reef, Serving refreshments and snacks during day-time.
All this you'll find at walking distance from the Cottage. just outside of the Colony you will find Kamini's Kitchen, a popular restaurant, offering local dishes at affordable prices.
