This condo is well located, but the area caters mostly to locals who are camping at the numerous campsites scattered on this side of Lake Garda. The owner/manager Nadia is WONDERFUL and responsive. She really took good care to make sure we had what we needed. The only part of the stay that was not satisfactory is that the WiFi was very weak and we could not stream anything on the TV in the condo. We chose this area for its proximity to Verona but with a lake view. In the future we would opt to stay at one of the resorts farther away from Verona, but that is not a point against this flat. I think it is a very good price point for a clean airconditioned flat.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia war sehr herzlich. Die Betten waren gut, die Klima bei 35 Grad hat perfekt funktioniert und der tägliche Blick auf den Gardasee war wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse kann man zum Sonnenbaden auch toll nutzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Fantastisk utsikt vid Gardasjön

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Balkon

Wir hatten zu zweit als Paar die Wohnung im 2.Obergeschoss und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es einen traumhaften Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen. Wir können diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder!

A break by the Lake!

We had a great time in Nadia's apartment.The balcony was particularly nice and spacious.The whole apartment was so clean and the bathroom was lovely with a really good shower.It was so close to the lake and we ate in nearby restaurants a lot.San Benedetto was a quiet small town but has a lovely church, some supermarkets,cafes , a pharmacy and a nice hairdressers salon.We also did a lake cruise to Garda and a day trip to Sirmione and Verona on local buses from the main street. The wi-fi was so valuable when looking up information and Nadia was on hand always if I had a query.She was there to welcome us when we arrived late at night and had got some supplies for us which was so thoughtful.She was also there when we were leaving to make sure the transfer taxi arrived to take us to the airport.We didnt get to use the jacuzzi but it would have been too hot up on the roof anyway as there was a heatwave while we were there.There was a smart tv and we looked at loads of films on Netflix which was a lovely treat for me and my teenage daughter.I would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a quiet break by the lake!

Einfach toll

Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren vom 31.8 bis 10.9.19 bei Nadia. Wir hatten die Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Der Balkon ist einfach nur klasse. Wir können nichts negatives sagen und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit Nadia war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder 👍

Fantastic Location and host

Nadia is a fantastic host taking Really care of her guests. Always ready to help. The Appartement was very good and has great balcony plus the it has big roof top, so a lot of places to Enjoy the sun. We have Been also at the beach which is ca 200 m where we have Been allowed to take Nadias sun beds... so it was great to be at the water as well. The Appartement is in a very quite area. All shops you need like Lidl , DM are in wAlking distance. So you don‘t Need always the car. All in all one of the best experiences we had... Strongly recommended!! We will come back!

Great location

We had a great time staying in the apartment, not only because of the perfect weather. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and we especially loved the balcony wich has a view on the lake. Nadia made us feel very welcome, and was always available for our questions. Lake, bars and restaurants can be found on walking distance, and a short drive away many interesting places can be visited.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Es war einfach ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Nadia ist eine sehr liebevolle, aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Terrasse ist umwerfend und trotz der nahen Lage zum See ist es sehr still. Man könnte noch so vieles aufzählen, aber es ist einfach alles rundum perfekt. Danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaft schöner Terrasse

Gut ausgestattet - insbesondere die Küche und die wunderschöne Terrasse. Es war an alles gedacht. Leider hat insbesondere das Bett im Kinderzimmer so schlimm geknarrt, dass die Kinder mit der Matratze auf dem Boden geschlafen haben. Ein bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit im Wohnbereich wäre schön. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zur Bushaltestelle, Besonderer Dank an Nadia für ihre Freundlichkeit und den exzellenten Service.

Hi Susann thanks for your review. I'm sorry to know only now that your children were sleeping with the mattress on the floor. The smaller room is as pictured, with a pull out bed. If there was something wrong with you, you could talk to me during your holiday, I could find other solutions. Actually I'm sorry to read this, we talked almost every day. Also in those beds have also slept adults and have never reported anything. I'm sorry it was not comfortable for your young children. Sehr schöner Seeblick, neuwertige und moderne Wohnung, persönliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie im Mai 2018 fünf Tage zu Gast in Nadias Ferienwohnung im 2. Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, einzig die Nadel zum Anstechen der Frühstückseier haben wir vemisst. Auf dem sehr großen Nordbalkon haben wir morgens mit Blick auf den Gardasee gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge in der Südost-Ecke des Sees und zum Baden am Kiesstrand (ca. 200 m entfernt). Die Nutzung der sehr ansprechenden Dachterrasse ist inkludiert. Nadia war sehr um unser Wohl besorgt. Sie hatte uns bei unserer Anreise mit kalten Getränke begrüßt, sie versorgte und mit Tips zu Freizeitaktivitäten und erlaubte uns am Abreisetag die Nutzung der Dachterrasse bis abends, sodass wir uns für die Rückfahrt über Nacht erholen konnten.

Had a brilliant time, really pleased with the apartment, Nadia was so helpful; definitely recommend

We were really pleased with the property and it's location. Easy access to the beach, quiet at night and just a short walk from bus stops and supermarket. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, balcony to relax on and a roof terrace with hot tub. The owner Nadia was brilliant, she really looked after us and made sure everything was going well. The air conditioning in every room was so welcome at night during the heatwave. Peschiera is a great place with plenty of restaurants and bars, lively and with things for all age groups.

Perfekt

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend - Blick auf den See, ruhig, riesige Terasse, Klimaanlage, super Küchenausstattung (Induktionsherd, Spühlmaschine), an allen Fenstern sind integrierte Fliegengitter, moderne Ausstattung, 50 Meter zum Steinstrand - Perfekt! Wir hatten einen sehr guten Empfang und Nadia - die Vermieterin - war immer zur Stelle wenn doch etwas sein sollte. Nur ein Beispiel: So hatten wir etwas unterschätzt, dass auf einer nicht überdachten Terasse, die nach Norden hin ausgerichtet ist ja doch irgendwie den ganzen Tag die Sonne drauf scheint - insbesondere natürlich morgens. Nadia hat uns dann auf Nachfrage einfach einen neuen Sonnenschirm auf die Terasse gestellt. Super Service.
