Apartment near the beach in Playa de Piles, perfect for 6 persons.
This 3-floor apartment with elevator counts with a terrace with views on the urbanisation. The apartment has a storage room with an exterior shower, which is perfect to wash off the sand, after a long day on the beach or to store the beach toys.

The apartment is soberly furnished. The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, two rattan armchairs, a television and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop and only basic utensils to prepare a meal during your stay (water boiler only on request). You can choose between three bedrooms: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have two individual beds each (90x180). All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for general use. On request, we can prepare a babybed and a high chair.

The fine, sandy beach is only 150m away and is a relatively quiet and familiar beach. There is a seaside boulevard, for long walks or a coffee and an ice cream. In Playa de Piles you will find supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and all other services you might need. Gandia offers a beautiful old town, at 10km from the apartment, and the golf course of Oliva Nova is only 12,5km away.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 28 years for this apartment (except for families with children). We will need copies of all passports.

Situación del apartamento bien, poca limpieza, la cocina vieja, sartenes que no se pueden utilizar, llevaban meses sin fregarse, la nevera hace mucho hielo y apenas enfría.

Un estupendo alto en playa de Piles

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y había absolutamente de todo lo funcional, tanto en cosas de cocina como en mantas, baño etc... La ubicación es buena, a 1 min andando de la playa, en una zona (semana santa) tranquila y familiar. La terraza es genial para desayunar pero supongo que en verano sería imposible estar por el sol. La televisión es mas nueva que la que salía en las fotos de tubo de imagen. Se debería actualizar. Los colchones no son de última generación, aun así, no hemos tenido problemas en conciliar el sueño. La puerta principal hace ruido generado por el aire que hay en las zonas comunes del portal, le puse un cartón doblado y dejó de molestar. Se podría echar de menos vasos mas grandes, tipo de sidra de 50cl, solo hay 1.

La playa de Piles es ideal para familias, por las mañana hacen zumba en la playa y los niños tienen actividades de pintar en la playa. Hay mucho aparcamiento en los alrededores de la casa.
