This place is even nicer than the pictures show. Huge suite with very large outdoor space. We walked to town on the beach. We anlso enjoyed the four roof top pickleball courts. Our host was awesome and we will be back.

Great family vacation

Awesome place!

Great location, great condo. Quiet in the evening. Highly recommend it for families or folks that want a quite place to stay in the evening, but close to the action during the day.

Absolutely Perfect Cabo Stay!

This home was everything we hoped for and more! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close enough to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. We felt right at home and had an amazing time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Cabo!

Rented 2 different units in the same complex. We were a large group. Adults, children and infants. A great time had by all. Can’t wait to come back.

The property is beautiful! The staff amazing! Check-in was fast and easy! We felt safe and completely taken care of at Villa La Estancia. Our trip was relaxing and fun and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Villa

The Villa Estancia is Beautiful , the staff is top notch and friendly. They have a watchful eye on what is happening around the resort. Just quick ride in town. We will be back !

Exceeded all expectations

The place was amazing for a week long getaway. Spacious villa overlooking the pool, attentive and warm service, ocean is right out front to swim in, market is convenient, centro is a 5 min taxi with near zero delays getting one, Joel was a fantastic concierge spa is top notch and we had nothing but blue skies. My wife and I would happily book again and recommend to others as well.

Our Stay in Cabo

We had a wonderful time in Cabo! The property itself was beautiful, clean, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with my daughter and our friends. We truly made great memories.While we loved our stay, I did find the communication prior to arrival a bit challenging. I ended up figuring out transportation, groceries, and other details on my own. That might be more than what most owners or property managers are expected to assist with, but I’ve stayed in places before where those logistics were made simpler—which really makes a difference when traveling somewhere unfamiliar.That said, the experience was still great overall, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place!

Amazing resort with the best location and service

This resort is amazing. Not overcrowded, the best service and food, and the location is perfect! The views are beautiful in all directions, the unit itself was clean and even more lovely than the pictures. Joel the Concierge delivered groceries and booked several excursions for us. Jane was very responsive to all inquiries. Five stars all the way - we will be back!!!

Lovely 5 night stay at Villa La Estancia

The property is very clean and the customer service is excellent. The villas are lovely and spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the pool side food and drink service and the swim up bar. There are many restaurants, a grocery store, onsite pharmacy and ice cream shop. They truly thought of everything one might need while on vacation. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants but the location was far enough away from the loud Cabo night scene. We played pickleball every day. We are looking forward to our next stay! Gracias Villa La Estancia!

Great family vacation resort and location!

How was the staff at Villa La Estancia? The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Did the accommodations meet your needs and expectations? Absolutely and the view was amazing. What restaurants did you try and which ones would you recommend? We would recommend Gardenias, Tres Islas, Hacienda Cocina and of course The Office. What activities did you do and which ones would you recommend? Fishing with Pisces Sportfishing, Jet skis How was the transportation to and from the airport? Excellent Overall, how was your trip? Excellent!! We hope to go back some day.

Great Location and Service

Working with Cabo Rentals by Jane was easy and full service! Both Jane and Ashley were immediately responsive from the onset of my inquiry, quickly solving an accidental double-booking, and helping me close an open loop after our return home. The condo is exactly as described. More than enough room for our family of 5. The location of 1402 is superb, with beautiful views. We watched the sun set every night! Such a treat to have chips, salsa, guac AND fresh margaritas upon arrival. The concierge, Oscar, was wonderful and responsive. All employees at VLE were wonderful and their service was excellent. We will be back!

First leg of Cabo vacation.

Spend sometime choosing the desire property, however was switched as the first owner couldn’t do less than one week. Communication was prompt and courteous. Was able to arrange private transport from airport and all went as planned. Villa was similar, but probably dated. Was clean and comfortable. Staff was a highlight, both at the front and valet, as well as pool and restaurants. Had to get up early to secure seating by the pool and many were left unattended more than the limit of 2 hrs. El Mercado was surprisingly large and well stocked. Security at the gate extremely well manage and felt safe all the time. Only used taxis as recommended and all good. In general, a good vacation.

Wonderful stay during Hurricane Kay

Wonderful Property. Joel was our concierge who helped with checkin, restaurant bookings and all of our excursions. We traveled with my wife and 3 girls; the girls loved having their own bedroom with access to the patio. The pool with the swim up bar was a great spot to cool off in the afternoon and grab a late lunch or early dinner. Hurricane Kay came through but luckily was about a 100 miles away from us. The view of the huge swells from the beach were crazy. We definitely felt safe in the large place and had enough food with the full fridge and dry goods (heads up, you don’t need to purchase salt, oil etc since the pantry is fully stocked from past users). We appreciated the contact from the property management company making sure we had all of their contact numbers and if we needed pick up from the airport! Restaurant on site gave five star service for sure. The family loved the attention we got from them and the chef. We paid for it, but was a great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.
- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.
- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 
- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.
- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  
- Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.
- All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
