PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed

Respect quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)

Do not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged

Guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund if the rules are not followed.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Certified Ecolab cleaning products.

Bed linens and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
