ダブルベッド1台、ツインベッド1台、二段ベッドルーム1室、ベビーベッド用の十分な部屋（または2！）

Leuk huis in mooie omgeving.

Verblijf was prima, weer viel wat tegen. Huisje is op zich prima, wel oud. Bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Rest basic, voldoende voor verblijf.

angenehme Unterkunft in günstiger Lage

einfach aber gemütlich, großer Garten mit Grillplatz, in der Natur, Wanderweg führt in der Nähe vorbei, nächste Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

Pleasant gite

We had a pleasant stay in this well equipped gite. The outdoor seating equipment for both front and back gardens was a nice touch to make the most of the sunshine. My only criticisms would be the lack of shutters/blinds in the bedrooms and that from our bedroom, we could hear water being used in the adjacent gite bathroom. Overall, we had a nice time and really enjoyed visiting the Golfe du Morbihan and the Guerande area.

Excellent emplacement et gîte très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans ce gîte bien équipé et très spacieux .Très bien placé nous avons pu rayonner facilement et visiter des sites très intéressants pour des ados . À recommander !

Séjour très agréable au calme .

Idéal pour des familles . Bel espace de vie . Maison bien située permettant des visites de différents sites dans un rayon de 30/40 kms . Un seul bémol : les chambres sont à l'étage sous le toit et peuvent être très chaudes en période d'été , et ce malgré les ventilateurs mis à disposition par le propriétaire .

The property was a working dairy farm, a throw-back to the middle ages when I bought it in 1989, gites 2&3 were cattle barns complete with cows!

It's location and potential we're fantastic, having oak beams, stone walls and country aspect, yet near beaches and the wonderful historic town of La Roche Bernard, which enchanted me after my first views while driving over the suspension bridge. I knew instantly this was the place for me after spending month's looking around other areas of France.

Being a musician I enjoy the live music which appears regularly in the beautifully restored theatre (now a brassiere/bar) Sarah B.(after Sarah Bernhart) and many other bars around the towns and villages.
I've made many friends, and they are always there to help.

The benefits of this property were, that it is at the end of a lane, surrounded by fields, meadows, country lanes for cycling and walking.

We had small children with us and we felt it was safe for them to play and explore without the worry of passing traffic and there is enough land to play football etc. without annoying anybody.

The river Is good for fishing and there are several good golf courses nearby including the world renowned la Bretesche plus all the local attractions highlighted earlier.

There are many fine restaurants, and eateries to suite everyone nearby.

Gite 2 is one of three lovely old cottages at the hamlet of Kerguillaume.
A relaxing rural location, yet minutes to the beautiful market town of LaRoche Bernard only about 15 minutes to Brittany's south coast beaches.

Gite 2 offers ..... 3 bedrooms upstairs,
1 double, 1 twin, one bunk room, with ample room for a baby's cot (or 2!)

Shower room with shower, wc, hand basin.

A spare mattress or second cot can be provided for an additional child if required.

Downstairs there is a spacious living/dining room, with wooden staircase, oak beams and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, toaster, utensils & kettle.

Gite 2 has UK satellite TV & WiFi

The property has French windows which open to a rear garden with patio area and BBQ. Garden chairs and sun loungers are provided.
There is a sitting area at the front with picnic table & benches.
