良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Reasonably clean but rather misleading description of furnishings etc ( all OK but not "luxurious ". Lack of some basics (no shampoo, shower gel). 2nd bedroom smelt as if someone had smoked there. Excellent location for cathedral and city centre BUT terrible for sleeping. Deliveries literally all night, beer barrels being rolled up street, scaffolding crashing about 5.30 am, and bin collection 7am! Bring earplugs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found the property reasonably clean and that you enjoyed its excellent central location. As this is a self-catering property, toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are not provided as standard, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear prior to your stay. We are concerned to hear your comments regarding a smell of smoke in the second bedroom, as the property is strictly non-smoking. We will ensure this is investigated with our housekeeping team. The property is located right in the heart of York, just a short walk from the Minster and many of the city’s main attractions. Unfortunately, with such a central location, some external city noise from deliveries, refuse collections and nearby activity is unavoidable and is outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the location provided such a convenient base for exploring York.

Great place to stay. Right in the middle of York City Centre so would highly reccommend if you are visiting to see the sights.
