TEA Studiois located in 15 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 20 m2 and balcony is 10 m2. It is located on ground floor.There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 big double bed
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2 person
CHILDREN:One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.

Accommodation is situated in Rovinj - small romantic town on the west coast of the Istrian Peninsula. Crowded with colourful houses, narrow streets, small squares and many art galleries.
It is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean. It was once a fishing town and today is one of the most popular and most developed tourist resorts in Croatia.

It is located in a quiet part of town away from major roads.

Vriendelijke host. Zeer net appartement. Ligging prima, Prive parkeergelegenheid. Loopafstand tot cuvi beach, iets verder lopen voor centrum maar taxi makkelijk te regelen vanuit centrum terug.

Excellent
Nice place to stay. For the price I can't complain. The studio flat have a small, basic kitchen, bathroom with a shower, fairly big bedroom with one large bed, wardrobe, table and drawer cabinet and access to the garden. It is close to old town (approx 15 min walk) and there is a nice park nearby. The area is quiet with few grocery stores around. The host is friendly. Even though I don't speak German or Italian we communicated very well. I can recommend this place. Fair price.
