The Neighborhood:

Centrally located the apartment is close to all services from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a restricted and delimited area with exclusive access reserved for residents. On foot you can reach the train station, the ideal way to visit the nearby Cinque Terre. A short distance from the sea, the path from home to the beach takes place for the most part in a limited traffic area and exclusively for pedestrians. Nearby the Conad supermarket, very well stocked, the Levanto bar which is a fixed stop for local aperitifs



Getting Around:

To visit : The historical center of Levanto, the Seaside walk from Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, the old Church "S.Andrea". Take the train to get to Monterosso in 3 minutes and visit the Cinque Terre. Amazing is also the path from Levanto to Monterosso. If you prefer to enjoy the sea, you can rent canoe, small boats to cruise along the coast. Organized trips are available on request.



Other Things to Note:

Please remember that checkin is from 16.00 to 20.00. remember to trash garbage before leaving apartment .

Please Remember that Tourism Tax of 1.5 euro/day per person for max 3 days is requested to be payed during checkin.

Trés jolie région

Appartement très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre de Levanto, de la gare, de la supérette et de la plage. Il est neuf et fonctionnel même s’il manque un peu d’âme (nous avons plutôt l’habitude des airbnb). La terrasse est immense et bien agréable. La proximité de la gare engendre par contre forcément des nuisances sonores et il est donc impossible de dormir le matin car en plein été nous dormions les fenêtres grandes ouvertes.

Un appartement moderne près de la gare

Nous avons séjourné dans ce très bel appartement moderne et doté d'une magnifique terrasse. Il faut noter également un excellent accueil de Mattia. Nous avons néanmoins quelques remarques concernant la cuisine pour laquelle les ustensiles et la vaisselle sont minimalistes. Il serait agréable d'avoir un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle dans cet appartement. La proximité de la gare apporte également quelques nuisances sonores qui peuvent être gênantes quand on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes en cas de fortes chaleurs (appartement non climatisé)

Superbe appartement avec parking

L appartement est tout a fait conforme a la description. La construction est récente, il est propre, très spacieux ( nous etions deux couples), chacun son espace et sa salle d eau. La terrasse est immense, et donne sur l arriere du village de Levanto et la gare. Le bruit des trains n est pas un probleme. La gare est a 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est un atout pour visiter les cinq terres. On se trouve également à 5 minutes du centre ville et 10 min de la plage à pied. Un petit supermarché est à quelques pas. Atout important également, la présence d un parking : la voiture est garée au pied de l immeuble, sur un petit terrain fermé par une grille. L'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenceur. Le ménage est inclus dans la location, ce qui évite de se stresser au depart. Evidemment, poubelles etc sont à jeter par nos soins. L'acces à l'appartement est facilité par le self check in. Les clés sont accessibles par une boite securisée, du coup on a une souplesse horaire pour arriver et pour partir. Le contact avec le propriétaire est facile, rapide, réactif, y compris sur place si nécessaire. Les petits bémols se situent dans les détails : les placards des chambres sont immenses mais inaccessibles et peu pratiques pour le rangement (ou alors il faut une echelle!!), des chaises dans les chambres pour poser les vetements seraient les bienvenues, et des tablettes dans la salle de bain également, tout comme les portes serviettes. L'équipement est minimaliste, mais suffisant pour y passer quelques jours. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci à Mattia pour nos échanges

Spacious new apartment - very good location

The apartment is in a very nice location - easy walking distance to the train station and to the center of Levanto. We found Levanto the ideal town to stay - it has good trains to the 5Terre - villages - but also fast connections to visit Genua by a fast train. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. The kitchen is a bit basic - but there are so many good restaurants - we did not want to do much cooking anyway. But we did enjoy our breakfast and after dinner drinks on the beautiful terrace. The host Mattia is very attentive and helpful.

Schönes Appartement mit zentralere Lage

Das Appartement ist neu, aber einige Dinge fehlen noch in der Ausstattung. Auch die Einteilung für mehrere Personen ist sehr gut.Die Lage ist sehr gut da es sehr zentral liegt. Levanto ist ein angenehmer Ort und sehr guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre. Können wir weiter empfehlen.

Enjoyed our stay!

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 3 nights while in Italy. This was a great place to stay, and will be incredible when complete. Bus station was 5 minute walk from rental, so we parked our car and took the bus to CT. Lots of space, loved having washing machine, the porch area (2nd floor rental) was huge! Doesn't have central air (would be a great addition), although the nights cooled down and you can have the windows open and no bugs! I would rent again!
