FNear Tossa de Mar lies this unique authentic Spanish villa. It is semi-detached and surrounded by a spacious natural garden with an enormous diversity of blooming flowers and (palm) trees. In the garden, at the rear of the villa, there is a fairytale round swimming pool that you have entirely at your disposal during your stay! The interior of Frisina is authentic Spanish and exudes coziness. The kitchen in the villa is fully equipped. This is an ideal house for a family with children. The house has 4 bedrooms, of which 2 double rooms, 2 rooms with a bunk bed. The view from this house can truly be called spectacular, you look over your 'own garden' to the Mediterranean Sea and see glistening azure blue water and waving palm trees! The garden is a great place to relax, so you can enjoy your children playing around the pool under a palm tree! With a glass of Sangria in your hand perhaps... At the end of the day, when the temperature has dropped a bit and everyone is nice and rosy from swimming, you can light the stone barbecue in the garden and enjoy Spanish life to the fullest.

The swimming pool has a special water processing called “AQUASCENIC” . It does not contain chemicals and has no chlorine. Generates disinfectants Persons who are allergic to chlorine will have no reactions.. It does not irritate eyes nor skin and is not toxic. Prevents from legionnaire’s disease. And avoids the discolouring of clothes.

Frisina is situated on a busy street. You can park your car safely on private property. Frisina is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 2000 meters. Frisina is situated on street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. Frisina is a detached holiday resort with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, kitchen and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have access to the balcony from the kitchen . The interior of Frisina is original spanish but practical. The inside is light with a nice atmosphere. Frisina disposes of a a splendid view the Mediterranean Sea. Frisina has a built surface of 200 square meters. You have to your disposal a natural garden. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs . Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
