Toller Urlaub

Wir haben in der Villa Zagradina einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Meer und der Strandpromenade entfernt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ivana und ihr Mann waren uns beim Transport des Reisegepäcks behilflich. Auf unsere Anliegen und Fragen wurde sofort reagiert. Danke nochmal für eine tolle Zeit.

Vietimme perheen kanssa mukavan loman. Huvila oli erittäin siisti ja uima-allas alue myös! Näköala merelle oli hieno ja alue rauhallinen. Omistajan kanssa oli helppo kommunikoida ja erittäin ystävällinen. Erittäin hyvä kokemus!

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay here! Ivana was great, loved the pool, the house and the incredible views. Enjoyed walking into town, the local restaurants and of course the beach.

Grandiose Unterkunft

Die Bilder lügen nicht. In Echt ist alles genauso wie es die Fotos zeigen. Unser Fanilie mit zwei Teenies konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Der beheiztze Pool war besonders bei unseren Kindern sehr begehrt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Vermieter sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Bezauberndes Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus liegt nur einige Stufen von der schönen Makarska-Adraküste entfernt und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit- angefangen mit Gepäcktransport über Pool-/ Grillpflege etc. Super!

Stunning Villa

This property and home was absolutely pristine. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Everything you needed was at your fingertips, the home was immaculate and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be back again one day soon!

Jättebra hus!

Väldigt fint hus! Allt känns nytt och fräscht. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse. Vi var två barnfamiljer som bodde i huset och det passade oss perfekt. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum med fin utsikt över pool och hav. Två stycken större sovrum som vardera har eget badrum med dusch, samt stor balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Samt 2 till sovrum i bra storlek som delar på badrum med dusch och badkar. På nedervåning finns en toalett med tvättmaskin. Det finns allt man behöver, toalettpapper, diskmedel, tvättmedel, lakan, babysäng, babystol, handdukar, strandhanddukar. Väldigt bra läge på en höjd vilket ger fin utsikt men kan vara lite svårt med nivåskillnad för den som har svårt att gå. Nedanför ligger strandpromenad med bad, butiker och restauranger. Små närlivs inom promenadavstånd men ingen större matbutik. Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra och rekommenderar detta hus!

Perfect Villa in a Great Location!

We had a fantastic week here, the villa is in a great location, in a quiet area but close enough to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ivana and her husband were great hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Vilket fantastiskt hus. Stora härliga rum med egna badrum. Underbar utsikt och bara en kort men brant promenad ner till stranden ca 3 min. Härlig bargata och mysiga restauranger nedanför huset. Hyresvärdarna är supertrevliga.

Unsere Gastgeber Ivana und Zvonko sind einmalig! Unsere Tochter wurde von Ivana zum Geburtstag mit einer leckere Torte überrascht. Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt, empfehlenswert. Wir werden diese wunderschöne Urlaub nie vergessen.

Beautiful villa, delightful hostess who was really helpful bringing everything we needed immediately. Lovely pool and well equipped. A short walk down to beach but very steep coming back up the hill, we managed it and it got easier as the week went on!!

Top Haus mit super Ausstattung in guter Lage

Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus und waren alle begeistert. Große, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Räume. Super sauber !!! Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Bei Fragen war Ivana (Vermieterin) immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In 3 min war man am Strand und in 5 min am Hafen. Da das Haus in Hanglage liegt, musste man vom Strand zurück einige Treppen überwinden. Danach freute man sich auf eine Abkühlung im Pool.

Super Villa, super Strand, super Urlaub!!!

Den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa haben wir sehr genossen!!! Es gab nichts, was fehlte. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause und bei Fragen war die super nette Besizterin Ivana immer für uns da. Der Urlaub war perfekt, da es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Strand lag nur wenige Minuten entfernt und war sehr schön. Wir konnten jeder Zeit zur Villa laufen und wieder zurück zum Strand. Der super Ausblick von der Terrase und Poll verschönte die Urlaubsatmosphäre jeden Augenblick. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und gerne diese Villa weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Ivana, und bis auf wieder sehen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!!!

really amazing

I like to give a balanced view when I write a review. So here goes. Ivana (host) was really amazing. She met us early and allowed us to check in early with absolutely no fuss. She kept in constant communication with us throughout. She supported my gran down the hill to the villa which is a little steep but completely do able. We entered the villa where the pictures were spot on. The villa is immaculate. It is modern, trendy and comfortable. The pool is stunning. It is heated and cleaned by Ivana on a daily basis so is perfect to relax in. The view from the villa is simply sensational and it is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The villa has all the amenities you could ever need - 4 spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds (and as gran says the whitest sheets and towels she has ever seen) I have ever slept in. The sea view from the bedroom balconies is outstanding and so peaceful and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. The villa is stocked with toilet roll, cleaning materials, etc. and is topped up with these when needed. The furniture is modern and clean and the living room has enough space to relax and dine with ease. There is a lovely little garden with bbq and outdoor dining area with beautiful views across the ocean. Ivana kept in regular touch with us and no ask was too small (checking in regularly if there was anything at all we needed and made sure the pool kept warm). She even left us a little gift on a rainy day which was so unexpected and lovely. So to the balance. What are the improvements. Well I can in all honesty say this villa is perfect -genuinely. Not one thing would I change. Yes it’s a little hilly to get to but believe me it’s worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My only regret is we have to leave. Thank you so much to Ivana and family for a warm welcome and fabulous stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again. Phil and the Morgan family.
