Fantástico fin de semana.

La casa es excelente, cuidada con mimo y equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar durante los días que pases allí. La zona una auténtica preciosidad y los propietarios un auténtico encanto de personas. Lo dicho, de 10. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención Rafi y Paco.

Un magnífico fin de semana en familia

Villa Balcones nos ha parecido una casa preciosa, muy cuidada y con todos los detalles. Preciosas vistas, muchas opciones para poder estar en familia y disfrutar. Resaltamos también que esta extraordinariamente limpia. Finalmente, darle las gracias a Francisco. Un placer haberla disfrutado. Repetiremos.

Extremely comfortable family villa and pool surrounded by peaceful Andalusian beauty.

This property is exceptional in that it is extremely well equipped and the house, pool and gardens beautifully maintained. We had the impression of being invited into a beautiful, grand family home where everything possible for our comfort had been thought of. The highlight is the fantastic pool and surrounding spacious area with a second kitchen, barbecue, extra bathrooms and incredible views of hills covered in olive trees, in an idyllic quiet setting. The owners Paco, Marta and family could not have done more to make our stay so successful and memorable. Their generous welcome gifts and more during our visit were touching gestures. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay so comfortable. Their organisation, discretion and professionalism are commendable. We were a little disappointed that the nearest village Zagrilla Baja had no amenities and during our visit in September the restaurant was closed, however delighted that the bread & pastries van passes the villa several times a day. The villa is well situated almost equa-distance and easy driving to Malaga, Cordoba, Grenada. Our group of 9 (aged 20-80) loved our stay at Los Balcones and highly recommend this property.

The best family Villa in Southern Spain

Choosing somewhere to stay for a holiday is always a risky business , especially if you have no knowledge of the area . Villa Los Balcones exceeded all our expectations . The accommodation is outstanding . The bedrooms , with air conditioning , are large and well furnished . The Bathrooms are superbly tiled and equipped . The large lounge is well appointed and contains quality furniture and dining table and chairs which are on a raised floor . The kitchen is well equipped and a small room off the kitchen houses the washing machine and drier . If you're not suitably impressed by the house then you will be by the pool area . With its magnificent views of the mountains beyond Priego De Cordoba the pool area is where we spent most of our days when not travelling .The pool area also has its own large , fully equipped kitchen and contains something essential for a big family but which is rarely found , a large chest fridge . The pool area also has its own shower and toilet block with separate male and female areas . The Villa grounds are covered in fruit and olive trees , with Grape vines covering the trellis over the outdoor dining area . It's a great location for sightseeing with Granada and Cordoba within easy reach as are any number of smaller but interesting towns and villages . Last but not least is the friendliness of Paco's family who are a credit to themselves and the Spanish people . Over the years we've stayed in many places in France , Italy and Spain , Los Balcones outshines them all . If you think there's any exaggeration in the above review then I can only underline what's written by saying that we've booked it again for next year !

Vivienda Fabulosa

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia con niños y amigos. La vivienda es espectacular, esta totalmente equipada con las mejores calidades, no le falta ni un detalle. La limpieza de la vivienda y el cuidado de las zonas de piscina y exterior es excelente. El trato de los propietarios fue excepcional y muy cercano en todo momento. 100% recomendable.

FABULOSO FIN DE SEMANA

Somos un grupo de amigos de Porcuna (JAEN)que estuvimos un fin de semana del 22al 24 de julio del 2017 . Decir de la casa que es espectacular, decorada con muy buen gusto no le falta detalle. La zona de piscina estupenda con la barbacoa cerca ,hermosa cocina campera y amplios baños . Tiene muy biena zona ajardinada muy bien cuidada y buena iluminación. Destacar la amabilidad de Francisco y su señora, agradecerles los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros . Si tuvieramos que poner nota del 1 al 10 le deriamos un 10+++++ Seguro que volveremos a visitar de nuevo la casa.
