Der Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön. Die Räume waren stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einzig, was gefehlt hat, waren Moskitonetze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, da es Moskitos gab.

Ein nettes Häuschen mit wahrlich sagenhaftem Ausblick. Als exklusive Villa würde ich es sicher nicht bezeichnen, jedoch hat es Charme. Die Glastischplatte hatte eine fehlende scharfe Kante, beim Essen gabs einen kleinen Riss am Arm. Probleme, wie fehlendes Gas oder Wasser zwecks Pipelineproblem wurden sehr schnell behoben. Ich empfehle Insektenspray für die Ameisenstrassen im Haus und Antibrumm für den Abend. Der Pool ist ein umbauter Aufstellpool, Skimmer und Einlaufdüse untereinander, was etwas kontraproduktiv ist. Allein bist nicht wirklich, die Garage wird vom Vermieter öfters zum Ein und Ausräumen aufgesucht, also nicht erschrecken.Es ist immer das, was man daraus macht und wir konnten damit leben. Jedoch sind 5,4 K für 10 Tage auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Die Vermieter sind jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der tolle Ausblick macht vieles wett.

Wonderful!

Beautiful, private country house with the most amazing views of the coast on one side and peaceful hills on the other. Only a few minutes to get to Lu Bagnu and Castelsardo. The host, Roberto, was very helpful and easy to work with. And of course, the donkeys next door were very friendly!

Fantastic, peaceful stay overlooking the sea

Such a wonderful spot in the hills above Lu Bagnu, with just the sound of the trees in the wind and the two donkeys nearby for company. Roberto was a brilliant host - super responsive and facilitated an early check-in at late notice. The municipality also had a water outage when we were there and within 10 mins of messaging Roberto early in the morning, someone came round to connect to the reserve source and restore water. You will definitely need a car to stay here, as it is a bit of a walk from the town. Roberto gave us a great set of recommendations on supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Castelsardo and Lu Bagnu. The bedroom did get quite hot at night despite a fan being provided. If the AC could be extended to the bedroom somehow that would be a great plus! The water pressure sometimes dipped in the shower, but these were only minor inconveniences that didn't take away from our fantastic experience staying here. Just a magical place to spend a few days that was the highlight of our multiple stops around Sardinia A memorable few nights spent here, thanks Roberto!

We had a lovely week, so peaceful and secluded

What a lovely secluded place. My wife and I enjoyed a really relaxing week, the villa lived up to all our expectations. Great beaches nearby, good restaurants just down the road in Castelsardo. And the donkey!

Great Place to Stay

If you want peace and tranquillity this place is a must. Apart from the donkey in the field next door it is completely isolated and not overlooked. The views are spectacular overlooking the sea and the nearby town of Lu Bagnu which is only a few minutes drive away and has plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Whilst we were there Sardinia was experiencing record breaking temperatures mainly in the south of the island. Fortunately being in the north we didn't experience these but it was still hot ! This led to a water shortage in the area which meant on a couple of occasions we didn't have any water for up to 12 hours. We contacted the owner, Roberto, who responded immediately and had a guy come up to the villa and connected us to the emergency water supply. We had a great holiday and a big thank you to Roberto for letting us use his wonderful villa.

Our Countryside Villa

The views from this property are magical. On one side you can see the sea and the small town of Lu Bagnu and on the other side rolling Sardinian hills and farmland. It was the best place to enjoy morning coffee, and spend the entire day in complete privacy. The pool on site is fairly small, but was the perfect place for floating and cooling down each day. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautiful, tiny lizards and geckos everywhere, the most magical bees collecting pollen from the myrtle and lavender and numerous flowers, and a neighbor donkey. The asina was my favorite part about the villa. It is important to note that the water that runs in the house isn't safe for drinking, but we were able to make it to one of the small markets, before it closed, to get some still water for drinking. And, one more thing about the water, is the municipality turned the water off twice. Once for 24 hours and the second time for 12 or so. It was quite an inconvenience to not be able to flush the toilet or shower or do laundry, but we drove to a nearby town to use their toilet facilities. I will note, this was completely out of the host's hands. Check in was easy. We met at a location in town and were escorted to the property. Roberto was very easy to get ahold of. We would text with any questions we had and get very quick responses. It was nice to have an english-speaking person we could reach out to when we weren't entirely sure what was going on, in certain circumstances.

Nice house and view.

Unfortunately the equipment in and around the house (kitchen, bathroom, pool, road) were too dissatisfied for us. With the owner we agreed to stay shorter and get a refund.

Everything we wished for!

Roberto's villa is absolutely amazing and everything it says in the description. The villa itself is gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully kept, the location is amazing (close to the town, beaches etc.), and communication with Roberto was superb. We very much enjoyed the privacy of the space, the cleanliness, and that it had everything you need for a weeklong (or longer) stay. We enjoyed the pool, cooking on the outdoor BBQ, sitting on the beautiful terrace and enjoying the view. We had a loverly daily visitor in form of the neighbor's donkey, who loved to greet us and eat some of our figs. Speaking of, Roberto brought us an abundant amount of figs during our stay, which was a very nice surprise! The one and only thing we would say is that the air condition does not reach well into the back bedroom and given that it was (maybe unusually) hot during our stay, we ended up moving the mattress into the living room and sleeping there. We didn't mind, but maybe an installation of a fan in the bedroom would be a nice addition. Overall, we absolutely loved the place and our interaction with Roberto - who was very responsive and met us the day we arrived to show us to the villa! He was very helpful with finding restaurant suggestions in the area - and again surprise gifts of yummy foods! We will definitely be back and recommend Roberto's villa to everyone looking for a little slice of tranquility on the beautiful island of Sardegna!

Schöne Finka mit super Aussicht

Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthalts verliefen ohne jegliche Probleme. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Die Ausstattung im und außerhalb des Hauses war sehr gut. Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein und frischem Obst. Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf sind vorhanden. Für zwei Personen eine perfekte Größe. Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die in der Nacht bellenden Hunde. Diese Lautstärke kann man umgehen, in dem man die Fenster schließt und die Klimaanlage anwirft. Ansonsten wird es ziemlich warm über Nacht. Alles in Allem vollkommen weiter zu empfehlen!

Sweeping views of the Mediterranean and Sardinia!

The views alone warrant five stars. Beautiful seascapes and rural Sardinian countryside. Very private and comfortable. Best to cook in the wonderful outdoor oven area. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the sea breeze and nightlines. Nighttime viewing of the stars is exceptional. Rural respite but minutes away from local cuisine in Castelsardo!

A view to relax

If you are looking for a comfortable house, in a quiet area with a maximum of privacy than this is the place to be! We have had a great time in the castelsardo area, there is room for improvement in details Of the house… but hey nobody is perfect! Roberto thank you for the kind welcome and as soon as the pool is ready I would like to be the first on your guest list 😃😃😉

Perfect Holidayfeeling

This beautiful holidayhome is located on a hill with beautiful view at the sea and the village at the frontside . The backside of the area is green and the surrounding area is very quiet. Lovely villa

The place is amazing, with impressing panorama. Villa is very nice, with a great architecture and complete of everything. There are many pretty details and outside in varanda you can relax on the sofas watching the sea and sunset. Surely I'll back
