2010年に全面改装された豪華な4つ星の別荘です。 地中海風のライフスタイルにインスパイアされ、美しい庭園に囲まれています。 ヴィラは4つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、広いリビングルーム、2つのキッチンで構成され、そのうちの1つは屋外での食事に最適な大きなテラス付きです。 1階のリビングルームからは素晴らしい海の景色を望むテラスと庭園に出られます。 ヴィラは最大10名の大人と子供を収容することができます。 ヴィラを囲む広々とした庭園は、リラックスして日光浴を楽しんだり、バーベキューをしたり、太陽の椅子で冷やすのに最適な場所です。 家は海への最初の列に位置しています、ビーチはほんの数秒で庭を通って直接達することができます。 2階には海と島々の素晴らしいパノラマの景色を望む屋上テラスもあります。 家の裏庭には3つの駐車スペースがあります。

Villa Mare was absolutely perfect for our relaxing family vacation. The location was amazing. Having the sea and sunset as our backdrop for evening dinners was beautiful. Mia thought of everything for the outdoor kitchen as we love to cook! The accommodations inside were exactly as shown and everyone had enough space to sleep and relax. Getting to Split and Trogir was very easy to navigate. It was just amazing and can't wait to come back. What a beautiful property.

2 Wochen pure Erholung direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Mare. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für eine große Familie oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Die traumhafte Lage direkt am Wasser und den tollen Garten mit vielen schattigen Plätzen und Sonnenligen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht: Zwei sehr gut ausgestattete Küchen, ein Aussengrill, mehrere schattige Sitzplätze, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und vieles mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Villa Mare unbedingt empfehlen.

Memorable Villa Mare

Spending the last week of our (3 couples) Croatian vacation at Villa Mare was a great decision and it met all our needs. The host was very responsive and we were warmly greeted at the Villa and shown around the property. The Villa was spacious, clean, well stocked and had several outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful property and blue water of the Adriatic Sea. The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The three bathrooms and washing machine came in very handy. The village of Seget-Vranjica had a small Studenac grocery store (take a walk for their fresh bread every morning) and several good restaurants we visited within walking distance of the Villa. Trogir, Split, Krka National Park and the Split airport are all within easy driving distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mare and would not hesitate to visit again. The only drawback was that it is such a lovely spot you don’t really want to leave. Thanks Mia.

Tolle Unterkunft und freundliche Vermieter

Mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten, haben wir eine Woche in Mias Haus verbracht. Es war sauber und genau so, wie es auf den Bildern beschrieben war. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer und der großzügige Garten mit Outdoor Duschen waren natürlich das Highlight! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was die Kommunikation über den kompletten Zeitraum sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Die Straßen zum Haus sind sehr eng, doch wenn man einmal angekommen ist, macht die Unterkunft all das wett. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkommen!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage zum Meer ist einfach perfekt. Nur die Anfahrt zum Haus und der Parkplatz ist etwas eng.

Ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ein Traum.Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurant alles zu Fuss leicht erreichbar.Vermieter super nett. Super Outdoorküche mit genug Inventar. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbares Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus liegt in Gehweite zum kleinen Dorf mit ganz ordentlichen Restaurants und einem kleinen Geschäft. Das wichtigste war aber der dirkete Meerzugang für uns - findet man nur selten.

Wunderbare Villa in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Die Villa selbst hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Sommerküche lädt zum Selberkochen ein, aber es gibt auch Restaurants in mittelbarer Nähe, die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Alles in allem können wir die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Strålande!

Mycket bra hus med egen strand. Lämpar sig väl om man är många som semestrar tillsammans. Huset är väl disponerat i tre våningar, med fyra sovrum, tre dusch/wc, två kök och en riktigt trevlig utemiljö direkt vid havet. Vi rekommenderar detta varmt.

Fantastisk house

Friends recommended this house for us, and it was just as lovely as we were told. We were ten people (6 adults and 4 children) who stayed in the house for two weeks. The house was in perfect condition and was well-equipped, it had everything we needed. Nice rooms with beautiful view over the sea. What we appreciated most about the house was the outside area and how close it was to the beach. The beach was very beautiful. You could bring the sunbeds down to the beach or stay in the garden where you could find the shadow. Ivan and his family were very good hosts, everything was perfect. We definitely will recommend this house!

Perfect in every way

We have just spent the most amazing 2 weeks at this villa. The position is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the sea and the sunsets. The water is clear and literally at the bottom of the garden! The house itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable with air conditioning in each room but what makes this house so special is the outside space. There are numerous areas where you can sit, read, watch the activity on the water, drink rose and eat! Jure is the most amazing and friendly contact for the house and he is very easy to communicate with by text or email if you have any problems - we had a problem free 2 weeks. He also came back after week one with clean towels and bed linen. The local restaurants are good and you can collect takeaway pizzas from Ribar. We also hired stand up paddle boards from Meriditen who are based in Split. These were delivered and collected which made it very convenient. Would I recommend this house? YES,YES!YES!! In fact, I think we will go back next year :)

Perfect for good friends or family!

A really nice house with a great location not far away from Trogir. We were seven adults staying for a week a bit off-season and it suited us perfectly. The house was clean and fit the description really well. It had fully equipped kitchens, three dining areas and three bed-and bathrooms and it never felt too small, even though there were seven of us. The owners were the the nicest. We got a warm welcoming from Jure who helped us with everything we could think of. Great customer service! I would recommend this property to everyone who wants to spend time with friends or family a bit away from the city. It was great to be able to go sightseeing during the day and later come back to the peace and quiet the location of Villa Mare provided.

Great location

We were two families who spent two weeks in Villa Mare. It is a well equipped house, with much space and a great outdoor garden. Perfect for kids, they could run back and forth between the house and the pier, and had plenty of space to play in the garden. The house probably have one of the best locations in Vranjica. Close to the airport in Split, and only minutes away from the market, shops and restaurants in Trogir. Perfect place for both kids and adults!

Perfect holiday

We spent there one week of great holiday with our friends and children. The villa is well equiped and what is the best is its location next to the see. I would recomend it to everyone especialy families with children.

A beautiful Villa perfect for a family.

A lovely Villa only15 meter from the sea, with high standard and a nice garden in front. Clear beautiful water. Reliable owner, no problems at all before, during or after our stay. Situated in a silent and pleasant neigbourhood. We hope to come back!
