これは旧オールドミルインのキャビンのひとつです。
Old Mill Innは、ミネソタ州SpicerにあるGreen Lakeの最後のリゾートの1つです。 各コテージは最近個人所有に売却されています。 ほとんどのキャビンは1940年代に建設され、以来、湖の愛好家が湖を楽しむことができました。

Updates needed

This is a nice house in a great location. However, some upkeep is needed. It is apparent that this place is somewhat neglected and purely a rental unit. There are ceiling tiles falling in, in spots and even one completely missing leaving the main floor open to the attic with no insulation in said spot. The west foundation wall appears to be bowed/leaning in from the outside. Which, I assume is part of the reason why the lower level is not available for use. Overall, it’s a nice house, but some upkeep is needed.

Affordable 4 bedroom cottage on popular lake with great fishing

We were very pleased with the accommodations at Splashing Rock Cottage near Spicer, MN. It had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers with 4 large bedrooms and 2 fully modernized bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The kitchen and dining area was large and was fully stocked with all necessary cooking and cleaning supplies. I appreciated not having to purchase trash bags and dish detergent, etc. The location is very convenient. The cottage is located close to town, restaurants and stores. Fishing off the dock was phenomenal, especially for large northerns, but also hooked bass and walleye! We were busy everyday so didn't spend much time inside, but would have appreciated Wifi and a TV channel with news. The channel lineup with antenna was very limited. Overall, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it highly for its location, size, affordability and fishing!

Perfect cabin for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Wonderful view of beautiful Green Lake from the cabins large window and off the nice deck with the lake breeze. Our three boys loved swimming and fishing from the dock when we were not out enjoying the lake on our boat. No complaints, and we can not wait to return and create more memories at this cabin next year......thank you so much for accommodating us . Spicer is Nicer!

Our family had a wonderful week staying & playing in this well supplied perfectly sized cottage! We enjoyed the good fishing, sitting on the deck listening to the loons, watching other boaters & fishermen, & creating new memories. Planning on returning next year!

Great cabin for families!

We loved staying at this perfect cabin for family and fun. With 4 bedrooms and a perfect sized kitchen and family room, this is a great family cabin. Good fishing off the docks. Swimming platform with crystal clear water. We will be back next year.

After enjoying the Spicer area for many years, we decided that we wanted to share this area with as many people that we could. With that, we purchased this vintage cabin on Green Lake. The Old Mill Inn Resort has been around since the 40’s and now most of the original cabins have been purchased under private ownership. We have lovingly updated the cabin while keeping the old cabin charm. We would love to welcome you and your family and friends to Splashing Rock Cottage.
