Facilities were second to none. The location was perfect for the town centre and beach. More sunshades around the pool area. Ensure the water is hot for a shower especially in the lower bathrooms.

Fabulous villa

The villa is perfect for a family holiday. It is in a great location with everything you need in easy walking distance including the beautiful town of Moraira with its many restaurants and bars. As we were travelling with our young grandchildren we particularly appreciated having the gate round the swimming pool. Unlike previous villas we have stayed in very few of the basic necessities were provided, it is always a pain having to buy such things as washing up liquid for a short stay.

The 5 bedrooms are all a good size, and all have a bathroom, some ensuite. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is a comfy lounge area inside and plenty of seating in the kitchen. The location is perfect too, just 10/15 minutes’ walk from town where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is plenty of parking with an electric gate. The communication with Claudia from Solhabitat was great and she was quick to respond to questions before and after arrival. We would definitely return.

This is a lovely large villa with lots of space inside and out. Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing location with easy access to all that Moraira has to offer. The villa was a great size for our large family group - plenty of space inside and out. We were particularly impressed with the amount of seating options outside. Great communication from Solhabitat throughout the whole process - thank you. More towels for a two week stay would be beneficial.

Large villa, easy walk to the town and coast. Lovely pool. Ideal for any size family. A gate at the top of the steps would be useful and the coffee / tea cups could do with replacing

wonderful villa

almost everything.the villa was spacious well equipped very clean.the pool was amazing and nice and safe for the grandchildren many a hour was spent by all of us in the pool and on one of the many terraces.there were a couple of problems which were promptly rectified cant wait to return . a few english channels on the tv would be good and afew instructions on how to use hob and washing machine,

Excellent stay and great company to deal with.

Loved everything about the villa. It’s a brilliant place especially for a large group. Love the gated pool and we had everything we needed and more. Great location and it’s obviously a very loved home which makes it even more special. We had an issue with air conditioning in one bedroom but that was sorted out quickly and communication was excellent. Maybe a few more clothes pegs!

The few problems we encountered were resolved speedily and efficiently. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. One thing which could be improved is to supply more towels especially when there is a large group and provided pool towels.

Wonderful villa to stay in!

A great villa with lots of possibilities, big rooms and clean bathrooms and kitchen with enough plates, glasses etc. Unfortunately the water of the swimming pool was a little bit cold. Also some showers didn't give hot water all the time.

A wonderful week in the sun

I can't recommend this villa enough. It exceeded our expectations. It is in prime location for walking in to town. Plenty of space for our group of 8. The pool was a great size and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. One of the bathrooms had a leak under the sink and a light out. More wine glasses and larger mugs for tea/coffee would be an added bonus.

A holiday with everything you need in this villa

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. We especially liked: - size of the house - bedrooms in quiet and cool part of the house (especially nice with small children) - outdoor space en big pool - location of the house is excellent, everything is in walking distance. The outdoor oven and the massage shower in the pool doesn´t work. We didn´t miss it, but it is always good to inform guests so that they know. In a two-week stay it would have been nice if the house was cleaned onetwo times and if the towels were changed.

Location Outdoor space & pool area Terraces Very spacious rooms Very well appointed villa Great communication from Solhabitat team The downstairs configuration is a bit odd, with bedrooms off other bedrooms and only accessible by going through the garage. This is due to the part of the villa that is private and locked, it would be helpful for guests to know this as the configuration would not work for all parties

Excellent Villa

Fantastic villa in excellent location. The villa is in first class condition and immaculately clean throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. The pool is fabulous as is the extensive outside space. The town centre is only 5 minutes walk away. Great service from Sol Habitat. Very little to improve on. Perhaps one towel and no change of bed linen for stays of more than a week should be reviewed?

The positives are the villa is huge with so many rooms and lots of space inside and out. There are 3 levels although most of the downstairs level is shut off, and the top level is just a blank rooftop with nothing up there. The kitchen is nice however it could do with new plates, bowls, mugs etc.. as a lot of them are chipped. The living room is a great size and lots of seating for everyone. There are lots of cupboards, walk-in wardrobes and coat hangers so there is no shortage of storage for clothes and your belongings. The outside area is the best bit - nice big pool and lots of sunbeds and areas of shade too. There are many different dining tables to sit at and dine at inside and outside. The negatives of the villa is the disjointed layout of it. Only 5 bedrooms are accessible to you and 2 of those bedrooms are on the ground floor which you get to through the hot garage. They are a little out of the way so you feel quite isolated from the rest of the villa & one bedroom doesn’t have air con. The bathrooms downstairs do not get hot water either. The other 3 bedrooms are on the same floor as the kitchen and dining room and feel much better. The pool jet spray doesn’t work.

A Wonderful and Beautiful Villa

The La Sort Villa is a charming,spacious villa with a wonderful sun facing aspect throughout the day. The decor and furnishing is warm and comfortable with an abundance of outdoor space. A lovely swim pool, large outdoor kitchen area, two additional outdoor lounge areas and beautiful front garden area. The kitchen and utility areas are well provided with good washing and drying facilities. The property has ample parking space for 4 cars with an automatic gate for easy access. All in all a beautiful place to stay with just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Moraira and/or beach. Perhaps a better swim pool heating for early summer and Autumn months. Nothing else !

Excellent vacation home

The house, location, pool and outside areas were all amazing. We were 2 family’s with 10 people and the house was fully equipped with great space for us all to feel super comfortable. We loved the house overall and felt super comfortable and at home quickly, it was easy to live in and keep clean and tidy as there were multiple places to relax. We had 4 teenagers and the WiFi held up ! We brought our Apple box and connected to the big TV and watched the Euros at home! We had some difficulties with using kitchen appliances, one stove ring didn’t all work- solhabit quickly brought us a second stove top, but it was a little inconvenient. Also the information around the buttons to turn on the oven and temp had been worn away, so unsure of what was happening whenever we cooked! Which was every evening. Its a small note but the air conditioning in some of the bedrooms is not direct to the room, so trying to get the AC to flow well and keep a good temp at night was a little frustrating. Instructions on how best to ventilate the rooms would have been useful. Solhabitat where always quick to help and offer support.

Another year and still the same great Villa!

3 Years since our last visit, a great location and accommodation, although we had a couple of "minor" issues Andres was excellent with his communication and getting things sorted. All quite minor really, but worth pointing out. A decent net for the pool, the skimmer type provided are prone to breaking easily as the previous people found out. We had a real problem with white clothing going yellow following the pool clean, albeit we waited the time requested for the chemicals to dissipate. The pool edge was quite dirty (yellow), so following the clean this must of been in the water. The manual needs updating, the pool appears to have a new control system so the waterfall pipe doesn't work when you press the button by the pool. We had to "explore" the garage to find a rack and bricks to make the BBQ functionable, all worked well in the end.

Highly Recommend

Location Space - we were 10 adults for 3 days, then 6 thereafter. There were more than enough sun beds, seating & dining areas. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Only a short stroll into Moraira which is our favourite holiday destination. The BBQ was an added bonus. The pool was cold but everyone enjoyed taking a dip. Some spare loo rolls and hand soap in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. A bottle of washing up liquid instead of a tiny tube. Maybe some basics in the kitchen, e.g. salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Die Villa hat uns super gefallen, jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch die gepflegte Aussenanlage hat uns super gefallen. Ebenso die zentrale Lage, zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten im Dorf, ist grossartig.
