Great location for a beach vacation

Apartment as advertised, clean, air conditioning worked well enough and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking while on vacation at the beach. The location is great, within walking distance from anything that you can do around town and the beach. It's also close from all transportation options for any day trips to Marbella or other locations. The bathroom is in real need of some better lighting and the sofa bed is really not comfortable to sleep for adults, but these things I could overlook. What cannot be overlooked, and the reason for the 4 stars, is the very loud noise that comes up from the restaurants downstairs well past midnight. It's very hard to get a good night sleep if you're trying to do so. I understand that this is the price to be paid for the location, but both the balcony doors and windows really need to be replaced. One of the doors doesn't even close properly, but even the one that does close has absolutely no noise suppression. If those would be fixed in the future, this would definitely be a 5 star location, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend for any young people that will be spending the night out partying, but for families or anyone not enjoying the night life, I would not.

Great location, comfortable

The apartment is directly on the main street for restaurants in Fuengirola, right at the hub of the town and only a minute walk from beautiful beaches. Note that the noise from the street is substantial (people eating/drinking, no music). Take some earplugs for a good sleep as whilst it quietens after midnight, there's occasional revellers afterwards. Not really a problem per se, rather the price to be paid for being ideally located. Good WiFi and fantastic air conditioning in the bedroom and living area made the stay really comfortable in sweltering temperatures. The bathroom was also great, cool and with bath and powerful shower. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, neither of us could sleep on it despite it converting to a sofa bed. Might be suitable for small kids, not adults. Kitchen was fine, good fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and hob. No microwave if you need it which we didn't. We had an issue with our check in where we were taken to the wrong apartment but suspect that's a one off unlikely to affect others. Fuengirola is a great town, full of places to eat, drink and this apartment gives great access to the best of the town and its beaches. Also only 10 mins from train station.

Misslyckad vistelse

Städningen var dålig, det fanns inte sängkläder på plats när vi kom, luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte. Läget bra vad gäller närhet till centrum och strand. Tyvärr pågående renovering tvärs över gatan som drog i gång kl 8 och nattligt oljud från restaurangerna nedanför fönstret som lugnade ner sig vid 3 tiden på natten. Vi kan tyvärr inte rekommendera denna lägenhet.

Algo ruidoso

Todo ha funcionado perfectamente excepto el ruido nocturno. El apartamento dispone de ventanas con doble acristalamiento, pero a pesar de eso la gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares que hay en la calle generan ruido que te impide conciliar el sueño.

Great location and a Great Service

We stayed here from May 12th to May 26th 2018. From the moment of booking Cubo's Holiday homes were great to deal with. Any questions I had were responded to in a few hours and everything was very easy to organize. Our flight was a little late and there was a delay with the bags which meant we were nearly an hour late meeting Juan to get the keys but he was very nice and understanding about it even though it was nearly midnight when we met him. The apartment its self was perfect for my wife and I. It had everything you would need for the two weeks - iron, washing machine, kettle, large fridge/freezer and Air Con. Very nicely decorated and spacious. The location of the apartment is fantastic located 50m from the beach, 100m from Constitutional Plaza and right at the end of "Fish Alley" the street of bars and restaurants. There is a small trade off for this great location there can be a bit of noise from the restaurants below which normally stops by midnight. With windows shut and shutters down its not very loud but it is audible. I highly recommend Cubo's Holiday Homes and this apartment. Keith Connolly

Great location

The apartment was in a really great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed when travelling with young children elevator, air conditioning, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine etc One small thing that would be nice is somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom, there wasn't even a hook for the hand towel.
