We booked this villa for our sons wedding in Port de Pollenca and we were being joined by friends and family, to include my elder son, his wife and their twins ages 2.5. The villa looked perfect for us, the location and the facilities to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children.The location was under 10 minutes from town, restaurants and a very good choice of Supermarkets, by car. A car is definitely needed.The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ was great. The large pool was wonderful and the garden space and deck were perfect.Checkin at 1700, however is way too late for most arriving guests and there was no room for manoevre, we asked. Checkout at 10 is also too early we feel. A housekeeper was available during the week but it was only mentioned once in early communication and never offered again.Checkin details are given 3 days before arrival and when asked for the address we were told that there wasn't an address, just a latitude and longitude reference! Not exactly helpful at 1 am in the morning in the dark, after a delayed flight. The checkin details from the host Sealand Villas, neglected to send the electric gate code so we were unable to access the property at all. We tried to call the emergency number only to see that they close at 10PM2 major issues were that we had no hot water 3 times in an 8 day stay and no gate code was sent to us by Sealand Villas, we eventually found it on a previous email from VRBO!The 2nd ensuite bathroom upstairs is way too small too!

Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es gab ausreichend Handtücher sowie zusätzliche Decken und Kissen. Ein wenig störend war, dass die Spülmaschine nicht gut sauber gemacht hat und die Ausstattung der Küche besser sein könnte (keine Schere, keine scharfen Messer, keine Geschirrhandtücher). Ansonsten verlief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Toll war, dass zwischendurch einmal geputzt wurde. Im nahegelegenen Ort gibt es einige gute Restaurants. Tolle Strände sind nicht weit entfernt.

Le logement est encore plus beau en vrai. Dans un endroit un peu reculé donc très calmes et pas de problèmes avec les voisins mais tout de même à seulement 15 min de la ville, de la plage et des restos ! Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis, entre la piscine, le jacuzzi et le ping-pong il y avait de quoi faire ! Points négatifs : les draps sentaient le mal séché donc odeur désagréable dans les chambres concernées … les raquettes et balles de ping-pong doivent être changées. Sinon hôte réactif, un petit ménage à été fait pendant notre séjour. Je recommande !

Die Villa war top! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden da. Die Zimmer waren sauber, fast jedes Zimmer hatte ein Badezimmer, die Küche war groß und der Außenbereich wirklich schön. Die Umgebung drum herum war sehr ruhig. Einzig die Anschrift der Villa war auf der Website falsch hinterlegt, weshalb wir zuerst in der falschen Straße waren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

No major complaints, although the building has quite a lot of ants in the kitchen, and some odd items were missing (soap, salt + pepper, etc).

Loved the layout of the villa, furniture, size especially the hall, amazing! Loved the art work, sculptures, etc. Ants problem was resolved very quickly and professionally. Washing machine and dryer were very good. Stove, oven and small oven/ microwave were great!Loved the different dishes, glasses, etc. Loved the bathrooms.Lovely location, we heard a lot of different birds, even owls!Loved the outside: garden, sitting area, sunbeds, BBQ, … Cleanliness: although maids showed up to change towels etc, floors were not cleaned - lots of crumbs.Ants: we had ants starting on the day we moved in, in the kitchen, high on the wall. Dishwasher did not clean properly, although I cleaned filters and applied machine cleanser.Airconditioning did not work in the upstairs bedroom, 4poster bed.And now the big one, which made me personally very upset: my fiancé clarified that we would check out around 09:30 am. This was sent via email.The first lady appeared at 8 am! My fiancé repeated that we had informed management we would check out at around 09:30 am. Then, the cleaning crew arrived at about 8:30 am and would not leave. This is completely unacceptable! I will not be rushed out of a lovely holiday. Please ensure that this will not happen again. Timing on the outside lights was set to a.m., not p.m. so that we would be sitting in the dark from 9pm on. Maybe invest in mosquito nets either for the 4post bedthe windows in general.

Insgesamt haben wir die Woche in der Villa sehr genossen und uns wohlgefühlt, wozu das großzügige Pl

Die ruhige Lage zwischen Pollensa und Port Pollensa und auch Allcudia war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das ganze Anwesen war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Mit viel Platz um das Haus, ländlich gelegen . Geschirr war von guter Qualität und ausreichend vorhanden, viele Außensitze und Billiard und Tischtennisplatte kamen gut an. Matratzen waren bei 2 der 10 Betten etwas durchgelegen, der Rest aber sehr gut! Im oberen kleineren Schlafzimmer war das dazugehörige Badezimmer für eine fülligere Person nur schwer zugänglich. In der Küche gab es ein großes Ameisenproblem, was aber bestimmt behebbar ist.Insektenspray sollte mitgenommen werden, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen will.Leider ist auch der Pool nicht beheizbar, auch wenn man gerne dafür bezahlt hätte. Und Anfang Mai war das eine ziemliche Herausforderung !

Top Objekt, wenig Kritik, kleine Spielregeln zu beachten.

Vorweg, es handelt sich hier nicht um Kritik, lediglich um Anregungen und ein paar Spielregeln. Das Objekt ist traumhaft, super gelegen, super Ausstattung und für den perfekten Urlaub bestens geeignet. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Buchung, Kommunikation und Abwicklung bis hin zum Check-In und Check-Out waren perfekt. Mit jeder Person, welche vor Ort getroffen wurde, Putzfrau, Hausmeister, Gärtner, war die Begegnung sehr angenehm. Rundherum einfach empfehlenswert! Jetzt zu den Spielregeln und Anregungen: Jeder Gast sollte sich bewusst sein, das Objekt liegt am Rande eines Traumhaften Naturschutzgebietes im grünen. Hier gibt es Bienen (auch mal Wespen), Ameisen, in der Nachbarschaft Ziegen, Schafe, Hühner und Hähne, Vögel und auch Waschbären. Für die eigen Versorgung gilt es: Kauft im Supermarkt 5 oder 8 Liter Trinkwasserbehälter und versorgt euch damit. Das Leitungswasser ist entsalzt und damit schmeckt der Kaffee nicht gut. Packt jegliche Lebensmittel in die Kühlschränke, dann kommen auch in der Küche keine Ameisen zu besuch. Wenn süßes rum liegt, dann leider schon. Die Geräuschkulisse ist Natur, da kräht auch mal nachts um 3:00 Uhr der Hahn zwei Gärten weiter. Moskitos, nehmt euch ein Reisemoskito Netz mit, kann nicht schaden. (Vielleicht legt der Eigentümer ja auch welche ins Haus?). Beste Reisezeit ist nach Mai, dann dürfen die Landwirte in der Umgebung keine Feuer mehr machen, denn sonst kann es hier und da auch mal nach Waldbrand riechen. Schade das der Pool/Whirlpool nicht an die Solaranlage angeschlossen ist, und beheizt wird. Die Ölheizung läuft leider sehr häufig unnütz bei den angenehmen Temperaturen, dies könnte optimiert werden, und ökologisch besser bedacht sein. Kaffee Löffel sind leider nur 6 Stück. Vorhanden, könnten aufgefüllt werden. Es ist kein Korkenzieher für eine Weinflasche vorhanden, und die Decken/Kissen der Betten, riechen leider etwas nach Schweiß, dies könnte vielleicht mal gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden. Alles in allem ist das Objekt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Einfach schön

Es ist eine sehr schöne Finca mit Wow-Effekt beim ersten Betreten des Grundstücks sowie beim Betreten des Hauses. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen! Einige kleine Mankos gab es jedoch. Leider gibt es keine Mülltonnen. Man muss sich daher darum kümmern die Straße etwas runterzufahren mit Auto und eine Mülltonne aufzusuchen. Wenn man aber einmal weiß, wo die stehen, dann ist es kein Problem. Gefährlich sind jedoch die Ameisen, wenn man den Müll mal nicht direkt wegbringt. Hier muss man etwas aufpassen und wenn die einmal da sind, dann kriegt man sie leider nur noch mit Spray dauerhaft weg. Ansonsten gab es als Schönheitsfehler noch die Außendusche am Pool, die dauerhaft getropft hatte. Es ist an sich nicht schlimm, aber schade natürlich um das Wasser.

Nice villa, great location

Excellent location a short drive from Peurto Pollensa with its lovely sandy beach and numerous restaurants. Close to Alcudia too. We were a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids and the villa suited us perfectly. The pool and grounds were particularly good. The only niggle was the ants, there were so many and it was a battle to keep on top of them. Perhaps the owners could provide sprays etc as we spent a bit trying to keep on top of them.
