CAN PEDRO ROS - Chalet with terrace in S'ILLOT.

Set 200 meters from the beach, this spacious and elegant chalet in S'Illot can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Enjoy a typical Majorcan summer in this lovely house. Have a drink on the front terrace with street views or enjoy a barbecue on the rear patio. The terrace has a very Mediterranean flair, thanks to many flowerpots and plants. There's a shower bath located in the patio, next to the kitchen door. There are next-door neighbours.

The terrace gives access to the ground floor and to an elegant living room with sofa and TV with satellite channels. The adjoining dining area gives access to the rear patio. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, kitchenware and an oven. Furthermore, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are on the first floor: one with a double bed and two twin bedrooms. All are fitted with a closet and fan and two have access to a balcony. If you come with your baby, we provide a cot and a high chair. There's a bath with bathtub available for the whole house.

If the beach is what you're searching for, there are two beaches nearby: Cala Morlanda and S'Illot. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need for your stay can be found in the village. The kids will enjoy a visit of the safari zoo while the adults may fancy going out during the night in Cala Millor. Visit also the Drach Caves in Portocristo with its subterranean lake.

Encontramos una experiencia española de verdad. El alojamiento nos hizo sentir como en casa y la ubicación era simplemente genial. El equipo de Homerti respondió a todas las preocupaciones y preguntas directamente y todo fue muy amable. Sehr schönes Haus! Es hat uns dort an rein gar nichts gefehlt :) Kleiner Strand in direkter Nähe, etwas abseits der Hotels und somit nicht von Touristen überlaufen.

Verblichener Glanz

„Großes und elegantes Chalet in S‘Illot“ so die Beschreibung für dieses Ferienhaus. Nach unserer Meinung kann davon nicht die Rede sein. Den ersten Eindruck könnte man mit „verblichener Glanz“ bezeichnen. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, waren wir zufrieden und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Badezimmer in der ersten Etage hat eine begehbare Dusche und scheint renoviert zu sein. Die Dusche muss aber dringend in den Ecken einmal von schimmelflecken befreit werden. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad für Duschgel, Zahnbürsten etc. waren etwas dürftig. Der Wasserdruck in den Toiletten im Bad und im Patio-Bad und Wasserhahn am Waschbecken ließ zu wünschen übrig. Für das „größere Geschäft“ haben wir dann nur noch die Toilette im Bad draußen im Patio genutzt, die durch die Hintertür zu erreichen ist. Alle Möbel und Interieur wie Türen, Türrahmen, Fenster und hölzerner Sonnenschutz etc. haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Geruch im Haus war etwas muffig und auch der in den Kleiderschränken lud nicht dazu ein, dort Kleidung unterzubringen. Insbesondere der Eingangsbereich = Wohnraum und das Esszimmer sind sehr dunkel, weil die Fenster zum Nachbarhaus rausgehen, dessen Wand nur ca. 1 m entfernt ist. Die Beleuchtung im gesamten Haus fanden wir sehr unschön, äußerst spärlich und auch Steckdosen waren nur wenige vorhanden. Die kleine Küche enthält eine Spülmaschine, aber für einen Kühlschrank war kein Platz mehr. Im Esszimmer stand eine Kühl- Gefrierschrank. Und einiges mehr…

The rooms are okay, the house itself is in a good shape. There is no AC, which makes the nights pretty uncomfortable. The process for registration etc. is the worst I have seen in my entire life! Far away from customer friendly. A lot of forms to be filled, app to be downloaded, separate link to pay the taxes. The have automated the whole process and let you do all the admin stuff by yourself.

hübsches Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist hübsch, typisch mallorquinisch im Stil und auch so eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist okay, teilweise sind die Möbel schon etwas älteren Datums, aber alle in ausreichendem Zustand. Anfang April war es sehr kalt im Haus, das ist schon ein Nachteil gewesen. Die Agentur und die Besitzer haben sofort und typisch für Spanier super nett und freundlich sofort reagiert und uns Sonntag Abend zwei Heizlüfter gebracht. Für den Sommer sicher sehr angenehm, durch die Kühle im Haus. Das Haus ist mitten im normalen Wohngebiet, das sollte man auch wissen.

Komfortable, geräumige Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht, wenn das Meer direkt um die Ecke ist

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Man tritt vors Haus und sieht das türkis-blaue Meer mit feinem Badestrand. Die Ankunft durch einen Schlüssel vor Ort ist flexibel möglich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten tatsächlich sehr bequem. Als wir in das Haus gekommen sind, waren die Betten liebevoll hergerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das tägliche Frühstück im Sonnenschein war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Auch mit den zuständigen Mitarbeitern von Homerti lief alles bestens. Sie haben immer schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet und Hilfe geleistet. Auch die Kaution kam in vollem Umfang zeitgerecht zurück aufs Konto. Ein sorgenfreier Urlaub :) Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Hof vorher einmal gekehrt worden wäre - das hätte den ersten Eindruck noch etwas verbessert. Den Grill haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Da wir ihn letztenendes aber doch nicht nutzen wollten (wie ursprünglich geplant), haben wir uns bei Homerti auch nicht danach erkundigt. Könnte also sein, dass er irgendwo versteckt war.

Das Haus ist auch eher für eine große Familie zu empfehlen als für mehrere Paare

Der Preis ist ok aber ein weiteres Mal würden wir dies Haus nicht wählen. Im ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und freuen uns immer wieder auf diese Insel.

“Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wie in der Beschreibung eingerichtet. 7 Personen können dort gut Ihre Zeit verbringen ohne sich auf den Füßen herum zu laufen. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub voll zufrieden. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Man läuft 200m zum Badestrand und auf halbem Weg befindet sich der nächste Supermarkt. Man hat alles was man braucht in direkter Nähe. Für unsere Kinder 7,8,13 war auch der völlig eingefasste Innenhof toll. Sie konnten ungefragt sicher draußen Spielen. Casa perfecta para unas fantásticas vacaciones en la isla. Mi familia y yo hemos ido varias veces a esta casa recientemente reformada. Sillot es un pueblito tranquilo alejado del mundanal ruido de Palma u otras zonas turísticas. Preciosas playas para ir andando. Todos los servicios. La casa es muy acogedora. Sala de estar y comedor amplio para organizar veladas. Cocina perfecta para preparar todo lo necesario Las habitaciones tb son muy amplias y perfectamente equipadas. En e porche solemos desayunar o merendar. Hay una pastelería exquisita muy cerquita. Los dueños son encantadores, siempre atentos a todo lo q podemos necesitar. Pedro, Antonina, Bernat, Pilar,,, mil gracias por vuestra amabilidad. Camino de Palma, se encuentra el restaurante en cruce donde se puede encargar comida tradicional de la isla como caracoles, frito o lechona al horno, todo exquisito. Seguiremos yendo por muchos años.

We as a family with 4 persons had a very pleasant stay at this typical mallorquin finca. Everything was as described. The location is 200m away from the beach in a mallorquin residential district. Hotels and touristic life with restaurants and supermarkets are close to the beach, but not noticeable from the premises. The house is good isolated, even if there is no aircon installed. We recommend to close all windows and shutters for the day. The finca has 4 sleeping rooms with 2 beds each. The kitchen is well equipt. Wifi is avaiable. We invested in a sun umbrella for the next guest. So if it gets broken, please buy a new one. Our welcome was warm and lovely. We got some fruits and sweets for the start of our vacation. For our youngest one the host provided a cot and a high chair. All in all we can highly recommend this accomodation!

C'est une grande maison très lumineuse, très bien équipée avec différente coin pour prendre le repas ou l'apéritif selon l'orientation du soleil. Le quartier était plutôt animé en août car tous les soirs nous avions une animation dans le. Quartier (concert, marché, dessin animé en plein air...)Le quartier n'est pas très propre ni très jolie, par contre vous êtes à 3 minutes à pied d'une belle plage et des commerces. Il y a beaucoup de bruit le matin de bonne heure. Il est assez facile de se garer dans la rue et même devant la maison. Nous avons eu un petit souci de communication quand nous sommes arrivés mais le site de réservation a vite gérer le problème. C'est une arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés. Le ménage est compris ce qui est plutôt bien vu la surface de la maison. C'est idéal pour 6 personnes, voir plus. Mon expérience reste très positive.

Very very good

Villa was very clean and spacious. For 6 grow peolple it was more than enough space.Villa has everything you need in there,from spoons to towels or extra blankets. Beach is about 3mins to walk, also retaurants and bar’s 5-10mins to walk. If you looking for spacious holiday house for good price i definetly recomend this one.

Nice house

Very nice house in a perfect location, close to the beach and local shopping. Plenty of space for two adults and 5 children. The house is obviously owned by a company, and not by a single person. They were kind and helpful, and we had no problems. The only (minor) negative thing to mention is problems with the power outlet and switches. Not all worked.

En general la experiencia ha sido estupenda.

Acabamos de llegar a casa tras una semana en Can Ros y nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. Eramos seis adultos y dos bebés y la casa ha sido perfecta para nuestro plan de vacaciones tranquilo. La casa es amplia y cuidada aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, quizás es lo peor de la estancia. Nos encontramos la casa muy limpia. La ubicación es perfecta para un plan de vacaciones tranquilo. A dos esquinas de la casa te encuentras una playa poco concurrida y estupenda y un paseo marítimo pequeño pero con restaurantes, bares y algún supermercado.

It was a great house at a great location.

We enjoyed the stay. The house felt clean, plenty of towels and clean bed sheets. The beds were oddly short though, LOL. Not a lot was provided in terms of hospitality, quite bare bones accommodation, but think it was a good value.
