Enchanting town house in Campanet, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. It has a private pool and a terrace and offers accommodation to 6 guests.
This charming town house surprises with a stone-lined patio where you'll find the private salt water pool. The 5m x 2m sized pool has a depth ranging from 0.3m to 1.5m and is surrounded by a furnished terrace which is perfect for a barbecue. There's an exterior shower, perfect for showering before and after swimming. The sun terrace on the first floor offers four loungers - a heavenly place to spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun! The plot is fenced and, as this house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours.

This house offers accommodation on two floors and 120m2 and has been totally renovated at the beginning of 2017. The rooms' decoration is very Mediterranean but includes lots of details of the former, Majorcan style like the wooden beams or walls made of natural stone. The nice living room provides you with a TV (satellite channels only in German and Spanish), A/C and a comfortable sofa. The dining area is open to the kitchen where you'll find a vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom on the ground floor comes with a double bed. It has no window, but is very cozy. A shower bathroom is available on the ground floor.

The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms with access to the terrace. One comes with a private shower bath. If you travel with a baby, we supply a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Set in the village of Campanet, this place is just perfect for a holiday away from mass tourism. If you like meeting local people, being in touch with nature and living in a small town - don't think about it, come and visit us! Tuesday is market day and you could buy fresh and local groceries on the main square, chat with the locals, have some tapas and beers. Campanet provides you with a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. As the mountains are quite close, you can cycle and hike, exploring the beautiful surroundings. Supermarkets and more services can be found in Sa Pobla or in the coastal towns like Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia - at the same time two wonderful spots for spending a day on the beach.
