The ladies from the agency were I available by def...

The ladies from the agency were I available by default. We waited over an hour for keys and only accidentally managed to track the owner of the place who also runs a restaurant nearby. Went there and asked for keys. The fact we weren’t able to talk to anyone on the phone was extremely frustrating. Other than that flat was nice and clean and in perfect location.
