Jediným nedostatkom bolo horšie prevetrávanie apartmánu. Vyslovene klímu nevyžadujeme, nemáme ju radi. Ale priestor bol na jednej strane bez možnosti priameho vetrania a to robilo svoje vzhľadom na teplotu ineriéru. Ak by majiteľka pridala ešte jeden ventilátor, veľmi by to pomohlo.
