1069 is a great choice if you want to stay close to the sea in Central Dalmatia, on the Čiovo riviera in Okrug Gornji. The property has two apartments and one studio, with space for up to 11 guests. You can reach the house easily by car, and there’s free private parking for your convenience. The outdoor area is 50 m2, giving you space to relax or enjoy a meal. Bedding, bathroom towels, and toiletries are provided, and you can use the fixed grill for outdoor cooking.

You’re just 150 meters from both the sea and a pebble beach, with only 14 stairs leading down to the water. The host can communicate with you in German, English, and Croatian, making your stay smooth and welcoming. The location is practical for exploring, with the center of Trogir only 3 kilometers away.

Хорошее размещение для 1-2 человек. Расположена в отличном тихом месте, совсем недалеко от моря, всего 3-5 минут пешком. Балкон защищен от солнца виноградными ветвями, можно видеть море. Мебель несколько старая, но в исправном состоянии и в принципе всего достаточно для проживания. Кровать удобная. Интернет не очень быстрый, иногда отваливается, особенно на балконе. Хозяева очень милые люди и всегда готовы помочь.
