A háziasszony kedves, segítőkész. Ha a felső szinten is laknak, sajnos ebben az apartmanban nem lehet pihenni, mivel minden lehallatszik: lépések, csoszogások, vízcsap, csepegő víz, ajtók mozgása, stb. A konyhában sütés-főzés közben a páraelszívó a fürdőszobába fujja át a szagokat, nincs szellőzése. A fürdőszobában nem lehet a levetett ruhákat sehová sem felakasztani.
