The bedroom and living room are both air-conditioned, and you have access to standard Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a laundry machine for convenience.

The private kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware, an electric kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. The terrace and balcony both offer sea views, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Brač. The host is available for communication in German, English, French, Italian, and Croatian, ensuring you feel welcome and supported throughout your stay. Welcome to 2913, a property in Postira on the Brač riviera in Central Dalmatia. With three apartments and space for up to six guests, this spot is ideal for families or friends. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, a hairdryer, clothes iron and ironing board, infant bed, and laundry facilities. Free private parking is available, and you can use the portable grill in the 30 m2 outdoor area. Pets are welcome for an extra charge.

The property is easy to reach by car, and you only need to go down 17 stairs to get to the beach. If you have questions or need help, the host can communicate in German, English, French, Italian, and Croatian.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Austattung ist super. Alles das was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand, Restaurants und die Ortsmitte von Postira sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Vermieter das Ehepaar Nejasmic waren für uns jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns bei Problemen mit unserem Fahrzeug sogar bis zur nächsten Werkstatt begleitet. Jederzeit wieder. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

The owners, Zoran and Sanja, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They even offered to extend our stay since we arrived 2 days late. The apartment was very attractive and well equipped: sunny, comfortable and perfect with the terrace and sea view. It also had many paintings and sculptures done by the owners' friend. The neighborhood was rather "vertical" with steep streets and the nearest beach was small and crowded. However, there were alternatives easily reachable by car. The platform beach in the center of Postira for example where there was plenty of free parking available. There was also a nice little supermarket very nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much and explored a lot of the beautiful island of Brač.
