House 3025 in the town of Duga Luka (Prtlog), Labin - Istria has accommodation units of type Apartment (2) and is 150 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a rocks beach. As the house is divided into several accommodation units, other guests will most likely be present during your stay. The hosts will be in the house during your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 4 guests. Beds are situated in 1 sleeping rooms, but also in the living room, within 54m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The apartment offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, parking, internet, hairdryer, portable barbecue.
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).
The availability of additional services for your chosen dates of stay, as well as their prices (if none are listed) must be checked ahead of time. Any additional services not shown in the price calculation are payable directly to the property owner and only if used by the visitor.
Discounts to the base price: free day 14=13 (for reservations of 14 or more days you get one free day for the stay until 31/12/2026).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den herrlichen Blick auf das Meer genossen. Duga Luka ist ein sehr erholsamer Ort ohne Trubel. Der Strand ist steinig und mehr am Hang, dafür findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wer sich hier erholen möchte, benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir lieben diesen Ort!

die Bilder geben einen ganz guten Eindruck von der Wohnung die Terrasse mit Aussicht ist wirklich super! Es ist jetzt kein highendniveau, aber bei dem Preis durchaus völlig okay. Man braucht etwas power in den Beinen um immer die 100 Stufen zum Wasser hinunter und wieder rauf zu kommen, also für Senioren eher weniger geeignet. Die Größe der Räume ist sehr angenehm. Die Küche könnte von den Utensilien her etwas besser ausgestattet sein (manches Besteck etwas knapp, kein Wasserkocher, und von manchen Sachen nur noch Restbestände). Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auch mit dem Nachbarn Glück es war nicht laut oder sonst irgendwie nervig. wir waren schon das zweite Mal jetzt hier, das sagt ja auch einiges…

We appreciated not only the location (quiet and peaceful with just a few people and a few steps from the clean sea) and terrace with sea view where we could grill fish from the local market but mainly the friendly and helpful host. We recommend this place and hope to come back in the future.

Unterkunft in sehr schöner Lage. Sackgasse - sehr ruhig, nur die Klimaanlagen stören nachts etwas. Der Aufpreis für die Klimaanlage (5,- €/Tag) sollte wegfallen. Der Wasserzugang ist nicht kindergeeignet aber mit Badeschuhen für Erwachsene kein Problem. Das Wasser einfach nur herrlich! Das letzte Stück Straße nach Duga Luka sollte mal randbefestigt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings nicht deutschsprachig. Englisch klappt wunderbar. Ein Toaster und eine Wasserkocher würden die Wohnung noch aufwerten. :)

Very nice apartment in a tiny village at the end of a pictoresque peninsula. Ideal to avoid loud and crowded holiday resorts. Nearest town Labin 5km away. Seaside is close - 170 steps down to marina at a narrow bay or 200-400 m on foot to the shore of Kvarner Bay. There are only a few stony beaches hidden in some small but nice bays but quite a few nice spots to sunbathe at rocky cliffs around and also very pleasant woods for the ones who prefer to relax in the shade:) Apartment is clean and neat, well-equipped and air-conditioned. Spatious terrace for dining. Very nice hosts! ;) Highly recommended for a quiet chill out. Rafal from Poland

toto miesto mi dalo presne to,co som hladala.. utulnost , ticho, pokoj, pohostinnost domacich a nadherne prostredie. najblizsia plaz s postupnym vstupm do mora je sice velmi mala a slnko tam je len tretej, no ak preferejute kupanie oddych na skalach a vstup cez utesy, mozete si vybrat z tisicov dostupnych v okoli. urcite sa na toto miesto este vratim.
