House 4926 in the town of Sobra, Mljet - South Dalmatia has accommodation units of type Apartment (1) and is 250 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a concrete slabs beach. As the house is divided into several accommodation units, other guests will most likely be present during your stay. The hosts will be in the house during your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 7 guests. Beds are situated in 3 sleeping rooms, within 70m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The apartment offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, central heating, parking, internet, baby cot, hairdryer.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: laundry (€7.00 washing), additional bed (€10.00 per night).

Belle vue sur la mer mais équipement un peu juste

L’appartement à Sobra comprend une grande terrasse avec une très belle vue sur mer. Les chambres sont bien mais l'équipement de la cuisine est limité (7 couverts pour 7 personnes, pas de casserole par exemple).

Dobrý den, celkově jsme byli s dovolenou spokoje...

Dobrý den, celkově jsme byli s dovolenou spokojeni. Ubytování bylo pěkné a čisté s krásným výhledem na moře. Bohužel jsme ale měli asi týden k dispozici pouze jednu koupelnu na sedm osob. Ve druhé koupelně byl polámaný záchod. Po týdnu nám majitelé zpřístupnili ve druhé koupelně alespoň sprchovací kout a umyvadlo, ale záchod do konce našeho pobytu (deset dní) opraven nebyl. U ubytování byl k dispozici gril, ale prostředí kolem něj a na zahradě nevybízelo k posezení z důvodu uskladnění zbytků stavebního materiálu. Velmi nepříjemné byly povalující se odpadky a exkrementy zvířat v bezprostředním okolí nemovitosti (pravděpodobně již mimo pozemek majitelů). Majitelé byli velmi příjemní, ochotní a zásobili nás ovocem z vlastní zahrádky. Pláž v blízkosti ubytování byla pěkná a čistá s postupným vstupem do moře, což bylo vhodné pro děti.
