Veľmi upozorňujem všetkých na tento objekt : sa n...

Veľmi upozorňujem všetkých na tento objekt : sa nachádza izolovaný v kopci skoro bez žiadneho zeleného porastu v okolí v stavbe kde permanentne pracujú robotnici so strávením rôznym materiálom a búracími prácami. Pláž- betónová prejazdná pre auta cesta. Apartmán sa nachádza vo dvore medzi poschodiami kde nič okrem stavebného neporiadku niet . Nábytok apartmánu je veľmi starý a poškodený. Jediný výhľad na more z lodžie v spálne zakrytý vedľajšou budovou a strechou so spodného poschodia, takže more vidieť len čiastočne, na posedenie je jedna hrdzavá stolička. Izba- spálne je tak mala že dve osoby sa nemôžu minúť , neviem si prestaviť sa ubytovať aj s dieťaťom. V kuchyne starý liatinový el. sporák, riady pozbierané so všetkých štýlov a období, asi kde boli vyhodené, z hrncov len dva staré s jednou pokrývkou. Sprcha je extrémne mala, štára, hrdzavá, tlak vody nedostatočný na sprchovanie. Celý apartmán pripomína robotnícku ubytovňu nižšej triedy. Je až neuveriteľne ako dokázali spraviť také foto v reklamnej ponuke. Rozhodnutie bolo jednoznačne - odmietnuť tento "apartmán" a reklamovať na Adriatic.hr. avšak po niekoľkohodinovom dojednávanie s majiteľom nám ponúkli apartmán oproti morskej lagúne /cca 15 km/ v hoteli "Rubin" . Tato ponuka už bola nad očakávania možno po predchádzajúcej skúsenosti - tiche a útulne prostredie, prekrásne čiste ubytovanie v moderne prerobených veľkých apartmánoch s nádherným výhľadom a krásnou upravenou záhradou so všetkých strán budovy, ochotný a príjemný personál- skutočne súkromie pri mori čo sme hľadali.

The apartment has a great view and is located dire...

The apartment has a great view and is located directly at the sea. It has a nice balcony but unfortunately a window from the neighbor apartment opens on the balcony, so there is no privacy when sitting outside. The inside of the apartment is quite old and loveless - some lights did not work, bathroom is really small and shower not well maintained, old TV and Wifi was working only at some spots. Air condition was good but has to be paid extra. What a pitty as the location of the apartment is great and Hvar is beautiful!

L'appartement est bien ,fonctionnel, super vue sur...

L'appartement est bien ,fonctionnel, super vue sur mer, manque de matériel dans la cuisine, la 2 ieme terrasse est très bien et assez grande. Le lieu est très joli ,la vue magnifique mais un loin des autres ville (jelsa 45 mn) (Hvar 1h20) La responsable des logements et de l'hôtel est très gentille par contre les serveurs de l'hôtel ne sont pas souriants c'est dommage car c'est le seul endroit où l'on peut boire un verre.
