Apartment A-5615-a offers 57 m² of comfortable living space on the 1st floor, perfect for groups of up to 7 guests. With three bedrooms, everyone has their own space to relax. The private kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy your favorite drinks. Step out onto the spacious 39 m² terrace and take in the sea view, a great spot to unwind after a day exploring Sumartin.

Located in Central Dalmatia on the Brač riviera, this apartment puts you close to the charm of Sumartin. Standard Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected during your stay. Pets are welcome for an additional charge, so you don’t have to leave your companions behind. The host is available for communication in German, English, Italian, and Croatian, making your stay smooth and welcoming.

5615 is a comfortable apartment in Sumartin, on the Brač riviera in Central Dalmatia, with space for up to 7 guests. The property has a 100 m2 outdoor area, including a children’s area, and is pet-friendly (an extra charge applies for pets). You’ll find bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, free private parking, a fixed grill, a beach umbrella, an infant bed, and even a bicycle for exploring. Boat hire and mooring are available if you want to get out on the water. The host can communicate in German, English, Italian, and Croatian, making your stay easy and welcoming.

You can reach the property by car, and there are only 12 stairs down to the beach. The location is great for families and groups who want to enjoy the coast and nearby attractions.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel van a strand, bolt, pékség, éttermek. 3 párnak tökéletes, a nagy teraszon jól lehet összegyűlni enni, iszogatni. Kedves és segítőkész a szállásadó, a szállás nagyon tiszta volt. Negatívum, hogy nincs klíma, illetve a felszereltségen lehetne kicsit fejleszteni.

Действительно хорошее место для отдыха. Никакого шума и суеты. Чистейшее море и замечательные пейзажи. Дешевое вино хорошего качества и большой ассортимент. Цены на еду такие же как в России. Место подойдет для любителей вина, гриля и купания каждый день. Аренда машины- 50 евро, мотороллера- 35 евро.
