The studio is clean and reasonably spacious.
It has pretty much everything you could need (only problem for us was that the oven didn't work, but the hobs work fine and there's a microwave, so it wasn't really an issue).
The location is great - in the middle of the old town, close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance from all the beaches. The beaches themselves aren't great - they're small pebble beaches with some umbrellas available, but they're always taken, we pretty much exclusively lay on the sidewalk.
The host is extremely responsive and very friendly and helpful.
One important detail to keep in mind - the studio is literally right next to a church, the bell of which tolls every single morning at 6am for about 2 whole minutes and it's extremely loud and disruptive. Once you get used to it, it's pretty funny, but it absolutely wakes you up.
Overall it's a great accommodation within the town.
