House 6414 in the town of Rabac, Labin - Istria has accommodation units of type Apartment (2) and is 450 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. As the house is subdivided into multiple apartments, other guests may be present during your stay. Your hosts will be staying in the house for the duration of your stay. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 5 guests. Beds are situated in 2 sleeping rooms, but also in the living room, within 35m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The apartment offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, parking, internet, hairdryer.
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: central heating (€5.00 per night).

Sajnos a szállás nem adja azt, mint amit kínál. Wifi nincs, mikró nincs, kenyérpirító nincs, az ágyak melletti olvasólámpák és konnektor nem működnek, fürdőszobában nincs fogas, a tükör feletti lámpa nem működik, szúnyogháló nincs sehol. A vízforraló sem működött ezt később kicserélték egy erősen vízkövesre, de végül kitisztították. Sajnos az ígéret ellenére sem wifi sem a lámpák nem lettek kijavítva. A parkolóhely annyira kicsi és szűkös, hogy alig sikerült ki/beszállni. Az is különös volt hogy egy ott lakó szőke idős nő úgy gondolta , ha ott lakik a vendégek szobája előtt üvölthet este 10-ig. A konyhai felszerelés is szegényes kérni kellett ezt azt. Nem ajánljuk ha valaki nyugodt helyre vágyik 😏
