House 6932 in the town of Umag, Umag - Istria has accommodation units of type Apartment (3), Studio flat (1) and is 700 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a concrete slabs beach. As the house is divided into several accommodation units, other guests will most likely be present during your stay. The hosts will be in the house during your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 4 guests. Beds are situated in 2 sleeping rooms, within 40m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, parking, internet, hairdryer, portable barbecue.
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: central heating (€5.00 per night).
