Il monolocale è semplice ma funzionale. bagno con doccia comoda con box doccia in cristallo trasparente, lavabo e Wc. , senza bidet ( per noi Italiani è importante ) però una doccia in più al giorno al limite non guasta. Seminterrato ma con una funzionale piccola area esterna privata dove pranzare o cenare al riparo dal sole. Fornello a gas e forno elettrico. Zona semplice con strade non trafficate e parcheggio a lato della casa. Vicinato tranquillo, mare a 200 mt con ghiaia ed 800 m. al massimo con scogliera tramite una strada sterrata dove è possibile andarci in auto e tra l'altro poco frequentata. La scogliera è praticabile anche a bambini perché è fatta a lastroni che si immergono nel mare gradualmente. Un pecca il letto matrimoniale scomodo con cuscini scomodissimi, spero che a breve li sostituiscano come negli altri appartamenti dello stesso stabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
