très bon séjour, 1 semaine de calme, les propriétaires discrets la terrasse ombragée permet de ne pas subir les fortes chaleurs, elle offre une belle vue sur la campagne et les vallons à 5mn à pied de Labin très joli village sur les hauteurs nous le conseillons à nos amis qui souhaitent visiter l'Istrie

Хорошее место для отдыха с семьей. Мы остались всем довольны. Искали именно такое место. Если не планируете ходить на море пешком, то лучше места не придумаешь. Красивая природа, отдельная веранда, днем не жарко, так как есть тень от деревьев, ветерок и город расположен не на самом побережье. Кондиционер включал только ночью иногда. отдыхали в период с 25.06 по 10.07. Море уже теплое, можно было приехать на 1-2 недели раньше. Море очень чистое. Ближайшие пляжи в городе Rabac (10 минут на машине). Недалеко (15-20 мин пешком) есть рынок (рыба, мясо, овощи), магазины.

Saubere geräumige Unterkunft, genau das richtige als Basis zum Tauchen. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto um ans Meer zu kommen, in die Stadt zum Abendprogram geht's allerdings zu Fuß.

Ce logement a fait l'unanimité dans notre petite famille ! L'appartement (rdc)possède une vue superbe sur Labin et une belle terrasse à l'ombre. Il est bien équipé (machine à laver) et bien entretenu. La logeuse est charmante, elle fait son possible pour se faire comprendre dans notre langue. La plage de Rabac n'est pas facile d'accès (très fréquentée et parking payant), préférez celle de Sv Marina. Enfin, la proximité de supermarchés et surtout de la vieille ville de Labin sont un + indéniable
