Vieles ist durchaus schön hier: Die ungewöhnliche ...

Vieles ist durchaus schön hier: Die ungewöhnliche Lage des ganzen Dorfes mit "Aussteigercharakter". Alles sehr ursprünglich und kein Massentourismus, selbst in der Hochsaison. Das vorweg - wofür es aber keine Bewertungspunkte für die reine Unterkunft geben kann, klar. Mehr dazu: - sehr gute Klimaanlage, sehr leise - durch die zwei Räume kein kalter Luftstrom auf das Bett - Räume lassen sich gut verdunkeln, wem das zum Schlafen hilft - Kühlschrank und größere Gefriereinheit prima - guter Heiß-/Warmwasserboiler (nicht immer selbstverständlich) - Geschirr- und Ausstattungsumfang ist okay (nur einen Dosenöffner habe ich nicht gefunden) - man hat sich Mühe gegeben, auch aus der einfachen Location ein bisschen was zu machen - die Begrüßungsdame war sehr geduldig und freundlich mit mir, obwohl ich von der Suche genervt war Im Grunde ist das hier eine urige und einfache Unterkunft, in einem wirklich reizvollen Umfeld. Alles ist soweit sauber und es ist auch nachts unglaublich ruhig (obwohl das Haus sehr hellhörig ist...vielleicht hatte ich auch nur Glück mit den anderen Bewohnern). Insgesamt trifft man hier eher unkonventionelle Urlauber. Keine Frage, Beli hat was, vor allem einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Von oben. Und nur von oben... Während ein Vermieter an seinem reinen Standort nichts ändern kann, gibt es aber doch Dinge die auch bei einem eher unkonventionellen Umfeld und Anbieter beachtet und bearbeitet sein sollten. Die Suche dieses Hauses hat mich fast in den Wahnsinn getrieben. Auch mein Fehler, ich hätte ja gleich anrufen können; aber ein paar Infos mehr wären schon schön. Mit den Parkplätzen "in der Nähe" ist es nichts. Nur zum Ein- und Ausladen. Den ganzen Zahl- und Informationsvorgang mit "Adriatic" fand ich kompliziert und altertümlich. Endlos viele Mails mit immer gleichen Inhalten...ganz seltsam. Zur Unterkunft selber: Irgendwie macht ganz Vieles den Eindruck, als würde es gleich abbrechen oder von der Wand fallen: die Duschhalterung wackelt wie ein Hundeschwänzchen, der Duschvorhang ist nur ein Hauch, die Toilettenpapierhalterung ist gebrochen... Ein Knopf am Herd war bereits derart kaputt, dass ich nicht wusste, dass ich den Herd angelassen hatte. Da hätte auch die ganze Insel in Flammen stehen können. Später habe ich verstanden, dass ein Licht am Herd die angeschaltete Platte anzeigt, aber das hätte ja auch nur Resthitzewarnung sein können (wie bei manchen Geräten). So etwas muss schnellstens ausgetauscht werden. Was nicht in die Bewertung eingeht, aber vielleicht interessant ist: unten am Strand ist in der Hochsaison extrem viel Volk unterwegs. Der Parkplatz unten, den man benötigt, wenn man nicht 700m bei 18% Steigung runter - und später wieder hochlaufen (!!) möchte, kostet täglich 50kn (wenn man noch einen bekommt). Was von oben wie ein Idyll aussieht, ist unten wirklich nicht schön, weil die Leute sich bei üblicher Strandmusik aus der Bar auf den Füßen stehen und ein riesiger Radau mit Partystimmung die Szenerie bestimmt. Zusammengefasst: Es ist unten am (kleinen) Strand ganz anders, als es von oben wirkt. Ich bin dann mit meinem kleinen Boot in eine Bucht nebenan gefahren, da war ich weitgehend allein, das war sehr schön!

Miejsce oryginalne, ale bardzo sympatyczne. Świetna lokalizacja i piękne widoki z każdego okna oraz tarasu! Wszystko działało bez zarzutu, czysto, ale raczej nie dla kogoś kto ceni sobie luksus. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Będziemy mile wspominać. :)

Jednoduchý apartmán se vším, co je potřeba. Krásné terasy a zahrada. Manželská postel je dost nepohodlná a hlavně malá pro vyšší muže. Vše proběhlo v pořádku, až na závěrečné předávání. Paní, patrně majitelka, nám velmi ošklivě vynadala za to, že jsme doplatek ceny nezaplatili už při příjezdu. V materiálech jsem o tom nic nenašla a dáma, která nám apartmán předávala, po nás chtěla jen kauci. Bylo by dobré si to s paní majitelkou vyjasnit, dost nás to nakonec otrávilo.

Buongiorno, rispondo in merito alla vacanza trascorsa a Beli presso l'alloggio privato A- 8094-a nel periodo 03.09 - 10.09.2016. Ebbene, devo presentare le mie vive proteste perché le condizioni dell'appartamento erano molto scadenti!!!! L'acqua non arrivava a sufficienza ed era praticamente impossibile fare la doccia, con grave disagio dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare e data la necessità di lavarsi dal sale e rinfrescarsi!!! Lo stato manutentivo era scadentissimo: mobili danneggiati e non curati, materasso del letto matrimoniale vecchio e scomodissimo, cucina con piano di cottura elettrico senza pomello di accensione, pochissime posate e senza cucchiaini da caffè, scarsa pulizia ecc. ecc. Mi chiedo se la Vostra Agenzia che reclamizza in maniera così efficiente gli appartamenti da affittare, va mai a fare un controllo periodico presso gli stessi appartamenti, onde verificare se quanto viene offerto corrisponde alla realtà!!!! Cosa che non ho riscontrato in questo caso!!! Mi dispiace ma il prezzo pagato è molto al di sopra del servizio offerto e sono molto dispiaciuto e deluso per quanto è accaduto e per i disagi sopportati. Inoltre il problema dell'acqua che non arriva a sufficienza non è di oggi ma risale a diverso tempo fa, dato che lo avevo letto su una recensione di altri clienti che hanno abitato l'appartamento mesi fa. Credevo che il problema fosse stato risolto, invece....... Mi dispiace ma non è stata una bella esperienza e soprattutto non c'è stata correttezza nel rapporto intercorso. Saluti Arcangelo Zanini :(

Beli je úžasné místo, s nádhernou atmosférou klidného, trochu zapadlého městečka. K moři se musí strmě z kopce dolů, což pak bývá problém při cestě nazpátek , ale obě pláže jsou krásné, skvělé na šnorchlování. Ubytování bylo fajn, stoleček je pro 4 lidi trochu malý, ale zvládli jsme to. Majitelé příjemní, nedaleko příjemná hospůdka. Škoda že ubytování nemá balkón, ale lze využívat terasu. Bohužel na ní hnízdily vosy, takže jsme ji nakonec moc využívat nemohli, ale to je asi přechodná záležitost :-) Okolo jsou krásné lesy, kam se dá jít na výlet.
