House K-8150 is a compact retreat on Krknata, Dugi otok, North Dalmatia, designed for two guests. With 21 m² of interior space and a 12 m² terrace, you get a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a sea view every day. The house has two bedrooms, giving you privacy and flexibility, and a kitchen with basic kitchenware so you can prepare simple meals during your stay. Pets are welcome for an additional charge, making it easy to bring your companion along. The host is available for communication in German, English, and Croatian, ensuring you feel at home. This is a practical choice if you want to experience the beauty of Dugi otok with easy access to the sea and a peaceful terrace to unwind.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, parking, boat mooring, transport to the property (service provider's boat), sunchairs.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: pets (€10.00 per night).

If you’re looking for a private escape by the sea, 8150 on Krknata in North Dalmatia’s Dugi otok riviera offers a true robinson tourism experience. This house is only reachable by boat, so you get the whole place to yourself-no strangers, just you and the natural surroundings. The spacious 200 m2 outdoor area has a sitting area and deck chair, perfect for relaxing after a swim. You’ll find bedding, bathroom towels, toiletries, and free private parking, plus a boat mooring if you’re arriving by sea. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The host can communicate with you in German, English, and Croatian.

Perfektne počitnice! Hiška prijetna in z vsem, kar rabiš za udobne robinzonske počitnice. Voda, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom, elektrika, wi-fi prima lovi... Vse, kot na celini, samo, da si tukaj v srediscu narave in miru. Morje na dosegu roke, parcela polna lustnih kotickov za uzivanje ob pogledu na morje in delfine. Skratka, vse sanjsko, če uživaš v miru in samoti. A se, zaradi bark, ki sidrajo v bližini, ne počutiš osamljenega, pa četudi si sam v hiški. O lastniku hiške in njegovem sinu Šimetu ne najdem dovolj navdušenih izrazov. Neverjetno prijetna, prijazna, ustrežljiva in predvsem skrbna. Če bi karkoli potrebovala sta takoj pripravljena priskočiti ns pomoč. Skratka, počitnice na katere misliš do naslednjega poletja!

Kuća je mala ali ima sve potrebno. Većinu vremena ionako smo proveli na terasi. Problem je voda za pranje, koja nam se činila prljava (zelena), zato smo koristili pitnu vodu, koju smo donijeli sa sobom. Još dvije sitnice su nam zasmetale, nema oštrog kuhinjskog noža i nema većih kesa za smeće. Inače, lokacija je dobra, imali smo mir, kućica je idealna za "isklop". Još nešto: Automobil smo ostavili 7 dana na javnom prostoru u luci i našli smo ogrebana vrata. Za parkiranje se mora bolje pobrinuti.

Nous cherchions l’autarcie totale et la vie de Robinson pendant une semaine. Nous les avons trouvés ! Le propriétaire et sa famille sont adorables ; la maisonnette est très propre. Il n’y a aucun superflu dans le confort mais c’est de toute façon ce que nous cherchions. L’extérieur est très joliment aménagé, avec notamment une petite table seule face à la mer où nous avons passé des heures de béatitude parfaite. Nous aurions cependant apprécié des chaises longues pour nous relaxer encore plus et une cafetière : nous avons dû improviser en filtrant notre café avec la passoire. Quoiqu’il en soit nous retournerions avec beaucoup de plaisir dans cette merveilleuse location. :nice: :nice:

Die Unterkunft ist super, leider ist der Weg dahin beschwerlich da wir mit dem Boot nicht am Haus anlegen konnten. Die Ruhe, Aussicht und Lage sind toll, auch das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Robinsonurlaub braucht. Kühlschrank, Wasserversorgung, Bad und Küche alles perfekt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a great time at this place. It is perfect for a peaceful holiday away from everyday stress. The host (and his son) couldn't have been more nice and helpful with every question we had. They even gave us some fresh vegetables from a local farm. Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't that great and we had a couple of days with cold and rain. Other than that we enjoyed our stay immensely! :)

Nyugalomra, nyüzsgés nélküli pihenésre vágytunk, amit meg is kaptunk ezen a helyen. De!, az akkumulátor cseppnyi áramot sem adott, a WC-t nem lehetett leöblíteni -kreatívnak kellett lenni, más módszert kellett választani-, és a szennyvíz tároló a terasz folytatásaként volt megépítve, ezért szélcsendben és a ház felé fújó szélben nagyon rémes szag volt,ami elkeserítő élmény volt. A tulajdonos viszont nagyon szimpatikus ember, illetve Melinda Parcina munkája most sem okozott csalódást! Köszönjük!
