Very clean and tidy. Air-conditioning, fridge etc excellent. Could do with a simple coffee-maker or similar. BBQ area a bit neglected and needs a refresh. Some lighting for the terrace that can be switched on/off would be very good. There is some rubbish in the garden next door which should be cleaned. A good apartment though - definitely recommend.

Apartment in a logistically favorable position, close but not too close to the ferry terminal, along the coastal road that leads from Ubli to the Pasadur bridge. Free roadside parking. Some awkward stairs to get into the house from the street entrance; excellent terrace in the shade for breakfast and dinner, a flight of stairs away from the door, but with a beautiful view of the gulf of Ubli and Velo Lago. Air conditioning was essential in this very hot summer. Only by crossing the road is it possible to have a nice swim in the clear water, even if the shore is a bit uncomfortable and the usual bathers leave waste and disorder. Very equipped kitchen, excellent fridge, excellent bathroom. Sufficient cleaning.

Lokacija je super, sve okej. Dučan ako si sa autom jako blizu. Vlastnica draga. Sam otok predivan Jedino higijena samog smještaja je bila upitna. Očekivali smo više, za 60eu na nočenje u 9mjesecu. Na postelji čak našli jednu bubicu i neke mušnice. A kupatilo je malo davalo. Ali sa otvorenim prozorom no problem za podnošenje. Sam apartman inače prostoran i sa terasicom vani i balkonom. Kuhinja opremljena odlično. (osim otvarača za vino haha) Ma sve ok,ako ne kompliciraš. :)

Kwatera w porządku, nie ma luksusow Ale warunki wystarczające, jedynym minusem to klimatyzacja płatna, która nic nie daje, sąsiedzi obok mieli klimatyzację i było ok u nas gorąc. Widoki piekne, o plaże mozna byłoby bardziej zadbać... beton wymyty z dziurami. Właścicielka bardzo mila, uśmiechnięta, mieszka w innym mieście ale w razie potrzeby zjawia się. Pobyt Nam się bardzo podobał na pewno Jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Apartman je dobro opremlljen, ali je cijena smještaja previsoka i u nju bi morala ulaziti upotreba klime jer je popodne u apartmanu prevruće. Zato se upotreba klime ne bi smjela posebno naplaćivati. Postoji problem parkinga, stalno smo morali premještati auto jer je smetao. Vanjski roštilj je neupotrebljiv prljav, zahrđao i obrastao grmljem. Domaćini bi trebali promijeniti odnos prema gostima, mi smo se osjećali nepoželjno i prevareno.
