House K-8500 offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests in Lađin, on the Pašman riviera in North Dalmatia. With 74 m² of interior space, you’ll find four bedrooms and extra beds in the living room, making it easy for everyone to relax. The kitchen comes with basic kitchenware, so you can prepare simple meals during your stay. Step out onto the 45 m² terrace and enjoy a sea view, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Standard Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected throughout your visit. If you’re traveling with pets, they’re welcome here for an additional charge. The host can communicate with you in German, French, Italian, and Croatian, making your stay even more convenient. House K-8500 is a practical choice for families or groups looking to experience the charm of North Dalmatia and the Pašman riviera.

PROPERTY:

Welcome to 8500, a house designed for robinson style tourism on the Pašman riviera in North Dalmatia, Lađin. Here, you get the entire space to yourself-no strangers, just you and your group of up to 8 people. The outdoor area covers 100 m2, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. This property is pet-friendly (with an extra charge), so you can bring your furry friends along. You’ll find bedding, toiletries, and bathroom towels provided for your stay. Public parking is nearby, and if you’re arriving by boat, a mooring is available.

The location puts you just 40 meters from both the sea and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever you like. The unique robinson tourism experience lets you disconnect and enjoy a different pace of life, surrounded by nature. If you need anything, your host can communicate in German, French, Italian, and Croatian.

Namestitev: zelo lepa, terasa z nadsteškom in ogro...

Namestitev: zelo lepa, terasa z nadsteškom in ogroooomno mizo je bila najbolj obiskana iz naše strani, lep pogled na morje, za hišo fige, ki so nam omogočale popestritev zajtrkov. Do hiše ni mogoče z avtom, vendar vso prtljago prepelje lastnik s čolnom od avta čez zaliv do namestitve. Plaža: pomol s stopnicami za v vodo, ali preprosto skok v morje, zraven tudi delček, kjer se gre lahko postopoma v vodo, odlično za čofotanje otrok , vendar z malo večjimi kamenčki Kraj: do mesta je nekaj KM, tako da je res mirno in umaknjeno od vrveža. Lastnik: do sedaj še nismo naleteli na bolj prijaznega možaka. Pripravljen je vsak dan pripeljat kaj iz mesta, če rabiš. Poleg tega nas je razvajal z domačimi izdelki. :D Zelo lep in umirjen dopust.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine Familie, ist jedoch aufgrund der Lage nur bedingt für Kleinkinder und Senioren geeignet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, versorgten uns mit Trauben und ließen uns von den Feigen im Garten naschen. Auch die Wäsche konnten wir gegen Entgelt waschen lassen. Zufahrt und Zugang zum Haus sind mühsam und ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug oder Boot stark zu empfehlen. Das Meer vor der Haustür ist wunderschön und lädt zu Wassersport jeder Art ein. Auf Einsamkeit hofft man jedoch trotz der Lage vergebens. Von Robinson zumindest in der Hauptsaison keine Spur.

Great acommodation for 8-9 persons, great place to relax. The owner went almost every day to ask us if we need something, brought us his own wine and schnaps, brought us some food and so. The place is really nice and silent, only some boats parked on the sea. On the oposite site, there is a nice restaurant. There is no sand beach, it is not soooo good for little children.. But the water is amazing.. Highly recommended!
