Nice house very close the sea. Studio is quite small, but for 2 people it is OK. Small, but good view to the sea from balcony and from studio. There are table and two chairs on the balcony. We cooked often, so I would prefer more dishes in the kitchen (scraper, grater, one more pot), but for basic cooking it is OK. The induction cooker is good as well. Stable and fast WIFI. There is nice courtyard around the house with flowers, olives and with places to parking. The pebble beach in front of the house is usually full of people. Be careful with entrance to the sea - somewhere there are a lot of sea urchins. Bottom of the sea is quite boring without interesting undersea life, but there are nice fishes sometimes. Summary: For 2 people is the studio good and we enjoyed this holiday.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht unglaublich nette Vermieterin! Man läuft ca 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum von Novalja und ca 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt :) Ich fande es persönlich etwas klein, auch das bad und, da wir auch noch irgendwo unsere großen Koffer unterbringen mussten und dann wenig Raum da war, aber in Kroatien sollte man ja eh nicht so viel Zeit im Apartment verbringen 😊 aber für große Menschen zu zweit könnte es etwas mühselig werden 😄

Room and balcony are very small. The bed is just a sofa bed, not a proper mattress so it was uncomfortable. The land lady doesn't speak a word of English so communication is difficult. Location is nice and land lady brought us fruit from the gardens. The room needs a mirror as doesn't have one.

Nice town, nice location with a nice not so crowded beach 5 minutes of walk away. Minimalistic studio, enough room for 1 or 2 persons, maybe a bit dated. The AC cools down the studio quite fast, but the owner is not happy if you leave it on when you go out of the apartment, while the upcharge for the AC for 1 day should pay for quite a lot of the electric bill. The kitchen has a slooooowww cooker, it takes ages to cook anything. The beach in the front of the house is crowded as any other inside a tourist destination town. The parking place is actually big enough for almost all reasonably big cars. Shops are enough near, but it is a walk...
