A very spacious villa in a wonderful location.The pool area was huge and spotlessly clean, great outside space. There was air conditioning throughout the villa, we did not use it downstairs due to a wonderful breeze throughout the day. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. We ate out on most days and the area had lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. It was the perfect holiday and we would be delighted to return again. Thank you.

A great surprise. We enjoyed the villa a lot. Especially the well maintained pool ( good privacy ) - during the heat wave. Kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed, AC worked a treat and showers worked.Location was great, safe quiet area, a supermarket just a minute a away and the bus stop to the beach and Fethyie, and ATM around the corner, and local mosque 5 mins away.Would recommend for any family or anyone other group.

Great Villa

We enjoyed staying at this villa last September so much so that we returned this year. Plenty of inside space, beautiful pool and a great location. Aircon through out which is essential in Turkey. Great communication with Vrbo and the host who can arrange airport transfers at a good price.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa M (Chant Villa), and we would definitely stay again. The villa is in a brilliant location, walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars in Ovacik and a short walk to the livelier Hisarnou. There is plenty of space inside the villa and the pool is one of the best we've had.Communication with Margaret, the host was excellent and she answered all of our questions quickly. The transfers were arranged via Margaret and the management team and were reasonably priced and reliable. Natalie from the management team was really helpful when we had an issue with the Wifi, we also had an issue with a sunlounger that was damaged in high winds, we reported it and the issue was dealt with the next day.I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this villa. Thanks for a fantastic holiday

Villa was very clean, pool cleaned every other day, garden well maintained. location excellent, few minutes walk up to ovachic main road, where there are bars and restaurants. 5/ 10 min walk down to hisaronu.

lovely villa, Great location

The villa is very spacious inside and sits on a large corner plot with plenty of outdoor space and a lovely pool to relax in. The location is great as it is nice and quiet, but also within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Hisaronu ,but there is also a Taxi rank just at the top of the street on the main road. The one thing the property could benefit from are mosquito nets on the doors and windows, as there were quite a few mosquitos at night. Margaret is a great to deal with and we will definitely look at booking again for future holidays.

Great Location Lovely Villa

The villa was as described set in a very quiet location just off of the main road in to Hisaronu but within an easy 10 minute walk to the main town centre. The property was clean and well maintained with the only critacism being that the sunbeads and sun shades are broken and need replacing. All the rooms are a good size and the villa can easly cater for six adults Help was always on hand provided by very friendly staff and having your own good size pool is superb. Transfers from the airport organised by the owner were hassle free and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a villa in a great location to relax this one will be hard to beat.

Lovely stay, pleasant villa, pool great size, great location. Great comunication with owner. Vrbo list property under one name local property agency list as a different name. Caused much confusion, when trying to contact via emergency number. Cost me first night stay in hotel. Also paid for late check out. Couldn't shower water was turned off. All in All had a great holiday. Vrbo/ local amenities agency sort it out. Owner very apologetic. Would stay again .

Wonderful Villa

This was our second time at the this villa which tells you something. It is as advertised and only a short ten minute walk to the busy town center. The pools is amazing and sitting outside a pleasure. The villas general condition is good however there are a few niggling things that need fixing. We had problems with both the electrics and the plumbing whilst there but the villa management team were very efficient in fixing both. Transfers were arranged by the owner and these were excellent. Would recommend Del Boys restaurant in Hisaronu. Overall this is a lovely villa and I would without hesitation recommend it, however it is in needs of a little TLC from the owner to make it outstanding.

Outstanding accommodation and location

The villa is exactly as described and is maintained to a very high standard. The accommodation is spacious both inside and out and the pool is fantastic with plenty of sunbeds. The 3 bedrooms are spacious wiyh one double, one twin and one with three singles and with bathrooms upstairs and down. The open plan living area is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook sometimes. The location is perfect with a number of mini-markets within a few minutes walk along with lots of good value restaurants (Friar Tucks, despite its name serves excellent and inexpensive Turkish cuisine). There is a Dolmus stop right at the end of the road where you can catch the Dolmus to Hisaronu centre, Oludeniz and the Tuesday Market in Fethiye for just a few pounds. We had a wonderful 10 days, the local management company made transfers quick and stress free and Margaret's communication is excellent. Don't hesitate to book this great villa!

Great Villa

The villa was clean, very bright and airy with good views of the mountains from the garden. The pool is huge and very clean with plenty of sunbeds. In the lounge there are comfy sofas with a tv and free wifi. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery etc. although no toaster 😪. Bedrooms were good size and well equipped. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as no waiting to use the shower etc. The villa is 2 minutes walk into the fairly quite, villlage of Ovacik but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. A stroll into Hisaranou takes about 15 minutes, this town is very lively and colourful and has untold bars, shops restaurants etc. The dolmus bus runs frequently into hisaranou and into Oludeniz. We rode the Babadag cable car and with restaurants on level one and two is a bonus with great views. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa and the local area. Margaret was a great host and answered all our emails promptly. The transfers were great too.

Lovely Time

The villa was as described located in a quiet location yet within a 10 min walk of he main town. All the bedrooms were of a good size but the lack of a full length mirror in any of the bedrooms was an inconvenience. The property was clean on our arrival with some fresh milk being left in the fridge. Their are signs that the property is in need of some minor repair with paint flaking from some of the walls in the living room and shade on the veranda is limited. My biggest complaint would be with the kitchen, the cutlery is inadequate with not even a bread knife provided, the micowave was incapable of heating anything and the cooker hob would not light automatically requiring the use of matches. However these are minor irritations and in no way detract from what is a very nice villa in which we has a lovely holiday

Very relaxing stay!

Our stay at the villa was really good. On the first day we couldnt connect to the wifi so we contacted the property manager and that was sorted very quickly and he even came to check if it works well or not. The property was clean, modern and child friendly. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at this villa. The location is fantastic it’s within a short walk to Azda for all your essentials and the same distance to many restaurants so plenty of choice if you want to stay local. However hisaranu is only about 15 min walk or 15tl in a taxi which works out to be around £3 the beautiful Ölüdeniz is less than 10 mins in a taxi and cost around 25tl around £4. The villa itself is a very good size with everything you need. The pool is beautiful with a large side garden. We will definitely be returning next year to the same villa which says it all. We have visited turkey many times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in for space, pool size and location.

Family holiday in August 2016

Overall would certainly recommend. Very roomy and a good location. Swimming pool is a good size and cleaned every day. Only down side was that the kitchen facilities let it down a bit. No dishwasher, the hob only had three burners working and only had a couple of pans that were useable. Nevertheless good value for a clean comfortable villa in this location.

Great Villa, great location

Just returned from a wonder 2 week holiday at Villa M. The villa facilities were great with plenty of additional items available,clean and well maintained in general.Air con in all rooms. We have been to Ovacik before and the location was the best so far, as stated just 2 mins from restaurants,bars, dolmus stop and taxi rank. Excellent customer service, the owners could not be more helpful, So good that we are looking to book again next year Anne & Geoff Maynard
