House 11172 in the town of Valbandon, Fažana - Istria is 550 m far from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. You will be the house's only guests during your holiday, as there are no other rooms or apartments. The hosts will not be in the house for the duration of your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

House can accommodate 7 guests. Beds are situated in 3 sleeping rooms, but also in the living room, within 97m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a private barbecue for this accommodation guests only.

Maison spacieuse avec un très bel espace terrasse et avec accès a un bout de jardin partagé avec les propriétaires. La propriétaire est très accueillante et a fait plusieurs petites attentions (confitures, tomates du jardin).

Wir waren mit dem Haus und den Hausherren sehr zufrieden. Wurden sehr gut aufgenommen und mit einem Gastgeschenk verabschiedet. Im Haus war es sauber,bis auf ein paar Spinnenweben, haben wir nichts zu bemängeln. Werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. :) :) :)
