House 11520 in the town of Senj, Senj - Kvarner has accommodation units of type Apartment (1) and is 250 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. No other guests will be present in the house during your holiday. The hosts also reside in the house. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Top Ferienwohnung mit 3 Zimmern & 3 Bädern

Der aus unserer Sicht schönste Strand der Stadt befindet sich in Laufnähe, sodass wir leicht zwischendurch zum Appartement gelangen konnten (für Mittagessen oder zum Duschen); die zahlreiche Stufen zum Strand erfordern allerdings eine gewisse Grundfitness. Die Stadtmitte und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar, falls man mal das Auto stehen lassen möchte, auch ideal für spontane Spaziergänge am Abend. Der Vermieter, der im selben Haus wohnt, ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und versteht Deutsch. Die Lage für Ausflüge entlang der Küste ist top. Das schöne Städtchen Senj ist ein Aufenthalt wert, die Bewohner sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können diese wärmstens empfehlen👍👍👍

A szállás kényelmes volt, közel a parthoz és a várhoz. A központba is gyorsan eljutottunk gyalog. Több strand közül választhattunk. A házigazda, Josip nagyon kedves, barátságos. Sajnos, a kilátást és az esti szellőztetést zavarta, hogy pont a ház előtt van egy forgalmas benzinkút. Éjszaka is hangos jövés-menéssel. Esős időszak után pedig a szúnyogok okoznak kellemetlenséget. Az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló, de ezt meg tudtuk oldani Josip segítségével. Amúgy nyáron ritka a hosszabb esős időszak, ezt tudtuk meg. Mindezek ellenére nagyon kellemes volt a hely és a jól felszerelt konyha is előnyös volt számunkra. :)

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Senj war absolut fantastisch und erfüllte alle meine Erwartungen. Die Wohnung selbst war geräumig, sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die ich mir wünsche könnte - es mangelte nur an der Spül- und Waschmaschine. Was meinen Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich interessant machte, war der außergewöhnlich nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Er war immer bereit, bei Bedarf zu helfen und gab großartige Empfehlungen für Orte, die ich in der Umgebung besuchen sollte. Seine Gastfreundschaft trug wesentlich dazu bei, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Die wunderschöne Lage dieser Wohnung haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich würde gerne zurückkehren und kann dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens allen meinen Freunden und Familienmitgliedern empfehlen. Wenn Sie nach einer guten Unterkunft in Senj suchen, sollten Sie sich diese Möglichkeit nicht entgehen lassen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich diesen Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten werde. Von der herrlichen Wohnung, dem freundlichen Vermieter bis hin zur zauberhaften Umgebung - alles war einfach perfekt. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Zuschnitt der Wohnung, Vermieter und Lage: rundum positiv

Der Zuschnitt der 3 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad ist sehr praktisch. Die mit Arkaden überdachte Terrasse konnten wir bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten nutzen und hatten guten Windschutz gegen den zeitweise starken Bora. Die Küchenzeile ist zum Kochen gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Vermieter spricht recht gut deutsch und hat uns durch praktische Hilfe und Informationen sehr zuvorkommend weitergeholfen. Lediglich eine Rückfrage an die Agentur adriatic im Vorfeld blieb unbeantwortet, daher nur 3 Sterne für die Kommunikation.

La location est très bien. Deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain avec lavabo, douche et WC, la troisième donne sur le salon, sa salle de bain donne sur ce même salon. La cuisine est bien équipée, jolie vaisselle de qualité, en bonne quantité,, mais ni lave vaisselle ni lave linge. Le balcon est grand, a vue sur la mer. On peut y étendre le linge et y manger. Les serviettes de toilettes sont nombreuses, il y a des torchons également. Une petite plage de galets est accessible en moins de dix minutes à pieds. Jolie crique, belle eau, suffisamment de place pour s'y installer. De nombreuses marches à descendre. Ne pas hésiter! Une grande plage est accessible en dix minutes à pieds, galets et terrasses bétonnées. On peut aller à pieds dans la ville également, bien écouter les explications du propriétaire. Il faut marcher dix minutes, c'est tout à fait faisable mais ça monte au retour. Le ville est vivante, nombreux restaurants et petits magasins. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant, il se débrouille bien en français! Je recommande!

Schöne Wohnung. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es leider kein WLAN Empfang. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, leider durch die vorgelagerte Tankstelle leicht eingeschränkt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub mit toller Bucht am Strand und glasklarem Wasser.

Kolejny, już 10-ty pobyt w Chorwacji i kolejny super wypoczynek. Apartament przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo zadbany, czystość w każdym miejscu. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, naczynia, garnki, parasol, który można zabrać na plażę, etc. Pomimo, że apartament znajduje się na parterze, widok z tarasu bezcenny - morze i góry prawie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Gospodarz Josip przywitał nas, jak nakazuje chorwacka tradycja, rakiją i to z górnej półki (niezły kop). Pomimo bliskiej odległości drogi, siedząc na tarasie, praktycznie nie słychać samochodów. Do centrum miejscowości ok. 15 min. spacerkiem. Do twierdzy Nehaj - 5 min. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś będziemy w Senj na pewno zatrzymamy się w tym apartamencie. Pozdrowienia dla Josipa i Zdenko. Jola, Ola, Alex i Jacek z Brodniicy. DZIĘKUJEMY -:)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Ausblick wunderbar. Und der Hafen ist in ca 20 Minuten zu erreichen, über die wunderschöne Burg. Wo man auch nochmal einen schönen Blick auf das Meer hat. Das einzige was nicht so toll war ist die Bade Möglichkeit aber konnte mit ein paar Fahrminuten auch gelöst werden wo ein schöner Strand auch gut geeignet für Kinder war.

Lovely apartment ,each room has it's own bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped. Walking distance from a small beach and the fortress. The owner came and picked us up in town and showed us the way which was very nice. The registration procedure needs a bit a work.

Köszönjük szépen, remek élmény volt. Aggódtunk, hogy milyen lesz ismét apartmanban nyaralni, de felesleges volt. Tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt, olyan mint a képeken. A város nincs messze de a visszaút az emelkedők miatt nehéz volt. Strand közel van, és nagyon hangulatos volt a természetessége miatt. Szeretnék még egyszer ide visszamenni. :)

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit

Wir haben eine Woche in den Herbstferien hier verbracht. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser vom Balkon ist herrlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

A szállás teljesen felszerelt, tökéletes állapotban van. Mindhárom szobához külön fürdőszoba! A tulajdonos kedves és nem zavarja a pihenést. Rálátás a tengerre (sajnos a földszinti szállás miatt az erkély előtti sűrű növényzet ezt kissé korlátozza). Sok a díszmadara. Aki szereti a madárcsicsergést hajnalban, annak romantikus, de aki nem, annak zavaró lehet. Tökéletes hely kisebb-nagyobb kiruccanásoknak a környék szigeteire, északra és délre. A kikötő melletti strand nem túl zsúfolt és érdemes egy búvár szemüveggel benézni a vízfelszín alá, ahol fürdünk. Felejthetetlen élmény. Az apartman ára is korrekt, szerintem érdemes kibérelni.
