Perfect home in Milano near Duomo

Your apartment is on the 3rd floor of one of the typical "old Milanese" houses with an inner courtyard surrounded all over by balconies. The apartment is small (47mq) but cozy and welcoming. You have a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a sofa in the sitting room suitable for a kid.
From home you can reach via Borsieri in few mins, one of the most cool streets in Milan, in the Isola district. Here you will find coffees, pubs, winebars, the Blue Note jazz club, second opening after the most famous one in New York.
You have two underground lines (yellow and purple) near home ( both named ZARA). This allows you to reach several areas of the city in few minutes. The Duomo (yellow line, stop Duomo), Centrale railway station (yellow line, stop Centrale), Porta Garibaldi station (lilac line, stop Garibaldi), the expo area (lilac line, stop Lotto and then red line, stop Rho fiera), famous San Siro stadium (lilac line, direction San Siro), the whole new futuristic area and its famous Gae Aulenti square with fountains, shops and clubs al around (lilac line, stop Garibaldi), from where you can easily reach corso Como and Eataly. Moreover, if you arrive by car, viale Zara (the street near my apt) is one of the main links to have access to the motorway.
Furthermore you have the chance to use Milan car sharing (https://enjoy.eni.com/it/milano) or even bike sharing (https://www.bikemi.com/).

You have access to the laundry machine, iron+board, wifi, a/c, tv, lift and stereo.

I will be available most of the time during check-in (from 12 pm till 16 pm) and always via email, whatsapp, text messages and by phone.
At check-out (by 10 am)i remind you to please close the door, switch off the a/c and leave the keys in my mailbox downstairs near the lift, inside mail box n.7, under the name of PIOVANELLI

IMPORTANT:
In Milan we must comply with the regional regulations which ask every host and manager of hotels, b&bs and home rentals to apply a tourist tax (for home rentals is 2€ per guest per night). This tax will be ask during check-in.
All guests must be registered to the local Police Office, within 48 hours after arrival, in compliance with Art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 286 dated 25 July 1998. For this reas
on, all guests any age will have to please send me a scan of their passports/ids prior to their arrival or available at check-in time (for me to be able to fill in all forms). (This registration has no cost).
