The finca features an ample an well cared garden, with several corners to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. By the house, the great porch to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors which also includes a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs to take coffee after lunch. There is also a barbecue area to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. There's a shower bathroom outside. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The 240 m2 house has just one floor. It has a very cozy and practical style, with all comforts to enjoy a quiet vacation. When you get in, you will find the living - dining room, with a rustic and country style which will make you feel at home. You can watch the satellite television or a DVD player film. La dining table has capacity for 6 people. then the kitchen, which is independent and features a gas hob, a dishwasher and an electric oven as well as all needed utensils to cook during your vacation. In this house you can rest in three bedrooms. One counts with a double bed and the other two are twin bed rooms. The 2 first bedrooms are air-conditioned and all of them present a wardrobe. Guests have access to a bathroom with 2 showers and a double washbasin. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Finally, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in Pollensa, a beautiful village with agreat history. You can get lost through its streets, visit "El Calvario" and melt with locals at the village square, as well as taste the local cuisine at one of its great restaurants. Puerto de Pollensa is the nearest beach, with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also a ideal place for hikers and cycling lovers. I you like golf, there is a course very near, only 4 km away.
