** Sleeps 8 - 9 / Full Bath on 1st floor, across from Bonus Room with 2 Futons, TV;
- Second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
- 2nd floor Small Capacity Washer / Dryer.
- 134 Maple Drive is very near the center of town, while on a quiet street. A short walk to Charlie's, Mueller's Bakery, center of town Shops, Restaurants, Curtis Deli, Bridge Ave Beach entrance, as well as other beach entrances.
- Point Pleasant Boardwalk / Jenkinson's Aquarium is only a few minutes drive.
- NYC train is in town, close by.
- Interior of house has been Renovated.
- Open Concept LR / Dr / Kitchen - New kitchen has new appliances and Island with additional seating.
- Sliding doors off the 1st floor LR/DR lead to back deck with a teak dining table, bench and 4 chairs. The deck leads to the back yard which includes a gas grill, a table with 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 chaise and additional assortment of chairs for relaxing.
- First floor includes Bonus Room w/ 2 futons, TV and is conveniently located across the hall from Full bathroom.
- The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and Small Capacity W/D.
- Primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite full bathroom: shower and vanity with 2 sinks.
- 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds
- 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds
- Hall bathroom with tub & shower and vanity with 2 sinks, also on 2nd fl.
- 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs and beach buggy are included.
** Included beach badges are pinned onto a lightweight canvas bag for your convenience to help you keep track of them.
- Loss of any of the 4 Seasonal badges must be replaced. - Additional Daily beach badges may be purchased at BHIA, 532 Lake Ave, Bay Head.
- Please bring your own Beach towels.
- We supply house bath towels, linens and pillows. *** If you have a favorite pillow(s), please bring with you.
