Yes I would stay at this property again - in an instant. This is a lovely, well appointed (air con) comfortable townhouse in a quiet street (your neighbours are mainly local families) only 3 minutes from the main square and good restaurants. (There is a well stocked mini market only a minute away at the foot of the Calvari steps). The accommodation is over three floors - access via an internal spiral stairway which some could find challenging (lack of handrail and rightish corners). On the top floor is the master bedroom with very comfortable bed and spacious on-suite, a small laundry room - with its very modern washing machine and tumble dryer and the sun terrace with very comfortable beds and movable sun shade and table. During our stay the morning sky was full of swifts performing high speed spectacular aerobatics- wonderful. The middle floor accommodates the second bedroom and good sized on-suite and a lounge with “smart” TV and internet. The ground floor accommodation comprises a dining room, small toilet, fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and motorised orange squeezer!!) and breakfast bar. We had breakfast (with freshly squeezed Majorcan orange juice) and lunch on the roof terrace and kept fit climbing the 31 stairs. There is no safe - hopefully this might be rectified.
