Plan your dream vacation in this exclusive terraced house in a fantastic location by the sea. It's perfect for your next vacation!



The holiday home is located on the seafront and a few meters from the sandy beach.



It has a large terrace with a dining area and a beautiful saltwater swimming poo. The ground floor consists of an en suite bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, with a large window opening onto the terrace and saltwater swimming pool, which offers beautiful views of the sea. Upstairs we find a beautiful bedroom with fabulous views and an en suite bathroom. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and the whole island.



The property has private parking



(There is the possibility of renting the twin house next door)

All rooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day. Pool size 7.5x3m



Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with each reservation. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holidays.



Available 24 hours a day for any type of question and assistance.



This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and highchair included on request at no extra cost.



Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time for the day of arrival (flight/ship number if applicable) to organize the delivery of the keys together.

Location



The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as “Son Real” beach and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.

One of the most beautiful places we have been

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful house with the magnificient sea view. We opened our eyes in the morning looking at he Mediterranean and spend our time in the gardenpool with the magnificient view of the sea. Pep is a wonderful host,quick in responding and very helpful. Amazing views

Really amazing views outside. Nice and stylish villa inside. We were enjoyed our time time there. But what was really annoying it is to many doubts in us as a guests. We provided photos of our passport three times. Also we need to provide our flightnumbers, our routes and so on.

Great location and beautiful villa

Location and villa stunning. When faced with a major medical crisis the owner and team were really helpful . Always quick to respond and help, Great local info proved on arrival but maybe having this in the villa in a booklet would be easier. Regarding the villa the only downside was local building work which completely spoiled the tranquility of the location which was our main reason for booking Kitchen could also be a bit better equipped as quite a few basics like cutting board , bread board etc missing All in all a great place

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa située dans le paisible village de Son Serra de Marina. L’emplacement est idéal, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Méditerranée. La villa est parfaitement équipée pour répondre à tous les besoins, alliant confort, fonctionnalité et tranquillité. C’est également un excellent point de départ pour explorer les environs. Le village a su préserver son authenticité : aucun grand hôtel ni enchaînement de magasins comme à Palma. On y trouve seulement 2 ou 3 restaurants et une petite épicerie, ce qui en fait un lieu calme et préservé. C’est dommage que la plage juste en face de la villa ne soit pas très praticable pour la baignade, mais la plage de Son Serra de Marina, à 10 minutes à pied, est magnifique : une longue étendue sauvage bordée par la mer, sans aucun bâtiment, avec pour toile de fond la montagne et la végétation. Un vrai coin de paradis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wunderschöne Strand-Villa

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Auch die Gegend, Son Serra de Marina, ist wunderschön. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants in dem Dorf, wo man super hinlaufen kann. Eine super Beach-Bar gibt es auch. Die Glasfront und der Pool sind wirklich unglaublich schön. Pure Erholung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Wir wollten nicht mehr weg und kommen wieder!! Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und per WhatsApp, bei Problemen hätten sie direkt geholfen! Son Serra de Marina ist super ruhig und nicht touristisch. Can Picafort (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) bietet aber alles was man sich wünschen kann. Jetski, Bootstouren, Shopping etc. Leider kam es immer mal wieder vor, dass es im Haus nach Kanalisation gerochen hatte. Was wohl im Dorf typisch scheint. Leider gab es bei Ankunft keinerlei Ausstattung in der Küche. Kaffeekapseln, Wasser oder Tee hätten wir uns sehr gewünscht. Wir mussten ziemlich direkt los zum Einkaufen. Supermärkte sind kein Problem, in Can Picafort gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten.

Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist super. Ein kleiner Ort ohne Hotelketten und in der nähe ist ein super schöner Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen alleine für den super Ausblick:-) Die Matratze sind sehr weich und für uns nicht so bequem gewesen
