Wonderful villa set in the countryside in Buger, Mallorca, a very quiet town also close to the highway. It is very private area and provides a very easy access to all the island.



This ancient country property was recently renewed into a large and comfortable villa. The beautiful private pool is in front of the house. The hall is open to the lovely dining room and the full equipped kitchen, and to the quiet patio in the back of the house, where the barbeque area is set. On the right, there is a bedroom with a bathroom en suite. On the left, there is the living room, and a corridor that leads us upstairs, to a large bedroom with a private living room and a bathroom. Back to the hall, the stairs leads us to two more large bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom and a private terrace, and the other two with a bathroom and a living area. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and all of them contain two single beds. The central heating costs 1,10 euros per litter and it's under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank.



Buger is a small town on a hill and offers authentic Mallorcan flair.



Pollenca is 15 km away and it is 20 km to the north coast, with the well-known towns of Puerto de Pollenca, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. All relevant Spanish (Mercadona and Eroski) and German (Lidl and Aldi) supermarkets are available in Inca (approx. 10 minutes drive). Palma as well as the longest beaches of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia are only 20 to 30 minutes away. The probably most interesting flea market of the island takes place every Sunday in Consell, which is only 10 minutes away. Thanks to the good transport connections, the villa is an ideal starting point to many beaches, good shopping possibilities, wonderful excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails as well as to the airport of the island capital Palma.



If your group consists of more people, you have the option of booking the neighbouring accommodation ‘Villa es Sastador’ and ‘Villa Can Mir’, which can accommodate a further 12 people. In this case, contact us with time to organize the calendar.

IMPORTANT:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



DEPOSIT: 200 € - Due to the new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger, the purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client
